  1. If he's been taking HGH he might want to ask for his money back. Dudes like 5'10
  2. I tell people it's a work in progress and we might be a better team this year but have a worse record than last year. LIke any team developing a young QB it's going to take a few years. But the defense will be better, we added Star/Phillips/Murphy/Edmunds/Davis and we cut dead salary/weight.
  3. Good to hear he's back home and doing better.
  4. Urban Meyer is an elitist Douchebag. We went to a concert at the house of blues a few years ago, the Tebow years at UF and we had a great spot picked out, we were asked to move so him and his Chadtuckets could come stand there instead drinking Mich Ultras and standing directly in our way. Eff him and everything about him.
  5. I not only think the defense will be better I think it will have better depth than last year. If you look at the guys McBeane brought in like Milano and Tre White, this talk about Gelling and adjusting to a new team means literally nothing. White was a Bill the second we drafted him and I believe Star, Murphy, Edmunds will all fit in the exact same way. As did Gaines when we traded for him. Star is already familiar with our defense, and Murphy is a veteran who should need zero adjustment time, this is what OTAs are for. I expect this defense to be MUCH better, the guys collecting paychecks are gone.
  6. Allen drew something that my kid would have been embarrassed to turn in to her 3rd grade teacher. His drawing definitely skipped leg day
  7. If Josh Gordon can stay off the jazz cabbage he's the best WR on that team and Landry isn't close. Gordon actually has OBJ type talent/AJ Green Talent/Julio talent.
  8. I was 12 in 91 when wide right happened. def shed a tear. I'm not saying I did when I saw the film of Kyle watching the Bengals game, but there was dust in the air or something at the house.
  9. Reddit can be a cesspool at times. This place is definitely better.
  10. My money is on Foster, he knows Daboll's system, he just didn't have a good QB in college.
  11. That's funny he's not even the best WR on the Browns.
  12. Jesus did we have a shot at Juju but drafted Zay instead? That's Billsy.
  13. we get a lot of what I like to call career year guys. They hang around, playing just well enough to occupy a roster spot, then in year 3 or 4 right before a new contract is about to come up have a "breakout" year and then leave for more money on another team. Nothing new.
  14. Who gets credit for trading Kiko Alonso for Shady straight up? Because that was just bad business
  15. Is that the infamous BlokesnHoes from the BBMB??
  16. Nick was smart this offseason. Go with what works. Stay where you know you can win. He's been unsuccessful everywhere else in the NFL as a starter. Now he's making solid money as a backup and will probably start the season in Philly. I don't blame him.
  17. As long as they don't screw up Darnold's development they will be a good team moving forward. I like the idea of Allen/Darnold replacing Brady/everybody in the next 2 years. and I love the Dolphins didn't or Patriots didn't even address the QB position.
  18. So 5 x 5 on kickoffs, what about onside kicks? Same rule?
  19. As long as guys are still allowed to run behind their pads and lower their shoulders to make hits i'm ok. Yes the head comes down when the pads come down but if the runner or tackler is not initiating contact with the head, there should not be a penalty. The lowering of the head is still a gigantic issue at the most basic level of football. peewees and pop warner, I still see 10yard apart straight up hits on instagram being celebrated, it's a stupid drill and it should not be encouraged. Same with coaches yelling that players need to get their head across the body when making a tackle. Just make the tackle don't worry about head placement, take the head out of the game. i coached peewees, and on angle tackles, we concentrated on getting a players belly button on the runner, forget the head, get them to tackle with the HIPS, and shoulder pads. head in front, head behind no matter hit and wrap up and drive through. But it's still being taught incorrectly from the get go.
