They are committed to Morse for next year only and after that they can elect to move on from him... I don’t think Morse is going to provide value for money over the life of his deal..

I said the same thing about Spain who I wanted to see re-signed... some people have an expectation that every starter is going to be a Top 5 at their position... can’t happen... Spain and Feliciano played pretty well last year and I would be happy with them holding down the G spots the next year or two..they can move on from Spain after 2020 if they want or keep him next year as well at a reasonable cost..in the meantime they can roll the dice on a Day 3 draft pick and see if they can be a cheaper option down the track...

I’m of the opinion that Morse will be the odd man out and won’t see out his contract.. they can move on from him after this year, although probably will keep him to end of 2021 when they have had time to draft his replacement and get him up to speed... I think Feliciano gets a new deal at similar money to Spain: 5-6 M per year.. Why the expression “ kick” him inside? Not trying to single you out here as I have seen this repeatedly but don’t understand the references ... who is “kicking” him and why?

His stock seems to have dropped quite a bit these last few months... maybe unlikely he lasts to round 4 He really should have come out last year... would have been a 1st Round...

Im not sure what you are saying? Can you expand please? I’m assuming you are not comparing E.J. to Allen and implying they are somehow close to equal..

My prediction is that they will try to get younger at DE with one of their Day 2 picks... I expect them to draft a RB and WR but maybe not both until Day 3..

Beane already has done his “ trade up” this draft with the Diggs trade.. I will predict he stays put at 54 They aren’t moving up from 54 into the first round with what you are offering..their 2 and 4 would move them from 54 to 49

So they used their No 1 pick for a need (Diggs) .. why couldn’t they do the same with their No 2 pick?

The problem with hypothetical discussions like this topic is that we have no idea what the remaining players on the board will be at 54 so we don’t know whether the player concerned is BPA or not..

My referral to “ bust” is that they should be pulling out all stops to win it all in 2020 and that means using your top remaining pick left on someone that can contribute straight away... Doesn’t mean that the window still won’t be there in 2021 as well, and I would expect Beane to have the same mind set then perhaps flipping his No 1 pick for another big name contributor rather than rolling the dice on an unproven rookie..

Gotta say.... whilst I support the trade for Diggs, not having a 1st round pick has killed a lot of my interest in the draft this year.. Cant really get too excited where these quality players end up if there is no chance of them falling to the Bills or the Bills moving up to get one..

The Bills were burned bad, but 16-0 up against an average team should have gone on and won the game.. Definitely a bad way to end their best season in 20 years... Hopefully lessons have been learnt for next time..Not really a lot of point stewing over it three months later..

Why do they need to upgrade Beasley with their premium draft asset in 2020? Beasley will be fine in 2020.. I know you are entitled to your opinion, but it’s SB or bust in 2020 and I would prefer they spend the pick in a bigger need..

Yes, they could get to the mid to late 30,s... Without a first round pick though, i think they will make the 2nd and 3rd round picks..... Beane has found H Phillips, Singletary and Knox in the third round the last two years so my hope is that he makes the pick..
