I’m optimistic about both Davis and Hodgins but my expectations are low at the moment.. They are a fourth and sixth round pick after all... they can’t all be Milano’s ... Let’s not forget that Beane values a lot of these Day 3 picks as simply fodder to move up in rounds 2 and 3 ( see Ford and Dawson last year and was apparently looking for a partner this year to move up for Moss)... I want/expect him to hit with ALL his picks in the first three rounds but if Davis works out then I won’t be complaining... But this time next year I would prefer to be saying what a genius he was for picking Epenesa and Moss rather than a Day 3 WR.. And yes... I do acknowledge that Diggs was a Day 3 WR...

I make that they are comments from a bitter Jets fan.. MiA, PIt and the Jets beat a few teams last year too..

Plus Diggs is signed for another 4 years.. Adams will be squealing for a contract until he gets one and given how much they have given up for him they are going to have to pay him what he wants..

Been to 7 Bills games on various visits to the US over the past few years (also went to the Jags game in London in 2015).. Seen Bills games in Atlanta, Cincinnati, New Jersey, Nashville, Houston and Indianapolis.. Only 1 in Buffalo ... last years opener against Bengals which was by far the best atmosphere of any NFL game I have been to.. I enjoyed the game and visit to Niagara Falls but probably won’t be back in Buffalo anytime soon.. Best away game I have been to was Nashville...really fun place to spend a weekend..

Did it happen all that often? I thought Long played G a lot of time when Morse was absent and Feliciano to C.. I have said this a few times but I thought Feliciano was good at C and I could see him being a cheaper alternative there from 2021 if he is re-signed and could allow them to trade Morse..

Like I said it’s the goal, but if it’s not achieved then it doesn’t necessarily mean the season is a failure.. By the same token, they could win a playoff game but still end up having a disappointing year...( in my view) Progress/success need not happen in small increments.. The demise ( hopefully) of the Patriots really opens things up for the Bills..

Not really too concerned about what other teams do...including Pats, Bucs, Jets etc.... As you said, the Championship should be the goal this year... probably the first time that would honestly be the case in 20 years.. Does that mean it will be a bad/disappointing season if they don't get the trophy? No.... but I need to see it first and then decide at the end of the season...

Australians are banned from overseas travel... That is unlikely to change in 2020 except maybe to New Zealand who have close to zero new cases...

I went to the Bills Titans game in 2015... had a great time in Nashville.. Unfortunately it appears unlikely international borders will be open in time for me to head back in 2020.,, would have definitely done the Vegas/Nashville back to back games otherwise...

Think his price will be too rich for Beane.. I’m happy for them to roll with Spain and Feliciano for 2020..
