Look...it's too early to move on from McDermott...so not suggesting that by any stretch... But by the same token... Don't just shrug this off and think we will automatically be in the SB next season or the year after .. sports don't work that way.. New Orleans had a pair of devastating losses in the playoffs recently, and now their window is closed again without making it back... I'm sure the Panthers thought they would be back after going 15-1... yes different teams ... Josh Allen is Jesus etc...but...plenty of good teams in sports take backward steps for a number of reasons... Just making the point that you cant take getting back to this same position for granted... So it is an opportunity lost..

i always take the day off work and go and watch the SB with about 10 or so friends…have done for the last 10+ years I’m genuinely feeling like I can’t be bothered this year… I just do not have any interest in watching that game .,. Losing to NE in Weeks 4 and 12 each year when you are making up the numbers hurts less than losing playoff games with a championship at stake…

yes .. he needs to get better and has made few bad calls ( and some good ones too before some of you numpties come after me). I reckon he can get better though . He is still learning his craft..... I don't really see anyone else on another team I would prefer to be honest ...

yes.. that's fair.... He is not perfect... However I think you persevere with him another couple years .. He needs a DE in FA
