It’s obvious what ails the Bills, they’re softer than custard.

They are a finesse team… -
There were considerable differences in the pre draft prospects of Tre and Bernard… My question around Bernard is … even if they liked him… did they take him like at least two rounds too early?

Jim Johnson was McD’s mentor. Where’s his defense?

In respect of the third and longs … yes that is a factor, but I also point to the secondary play … With the adjustments … there are games you can point to every season where they have been dominated and blown out on the scoreboard …although this year we had to wait until the last game of the season… it doesn’t happen regularly but it happens … “Letting it ride” is to me a risky strategy given what we have observed this season, although it appears that’s the path they are going down… I think that should mean that MCD has tied his own fate to this ultimately succeeding along with Leslie’s.. -

Do you think there is enough variety in the Bills scheme? Also, is it flexible enough to change or try something different when the other team O is dominating …? Also, for some time now there has been a problem with 3rd and long conversions…( proceeding this year as well) what do you put that down to? Just lack of execution or does this itself point to a flaw in the scheme? -
Ok… I think we have put our opinions out there… At this stage a week after their season ended … I’m more concerned about what the Bills do internally … rather than what the jets are doing… running this back isn’t going to cut it against the big boys…although they probably fall across the line again for the Division…. If they want to go further, then change is required in my view…McD recognised that the personnel in the trenches need to change so hopefully that isn’t just lip service.. Beane needs a good year so I’m predicting he takes out a new mortgage and signs at least one more big name in FA

He looks to me on the decline and could fall off a cliff … Brady is the exception not the rule for aging QBs…

So? What does the result of one regular season game mean? The Chiefs lost to the freaking Colts…what will that mean next season? SFA… Im also not overly concerned about 2023 Aaron Rodgers… Let’s see what happens over the course of the off season…. But if the Jets are sweeping the Bills next year then the Bills are probably not making the playoffs so it’s really going to be hitting the fan

Last years results won’t mean anything next season… Rodgers wont move the needle too much for them in my view

It’s like you read my mind …although I think the bigger back might be a late round pick to save some money..( if they keep Hines)

So what is the first coach or domino to fall?

With Oliver Value Goes Beyond the Stat Line

But Beane said he still has “meat on the bone”…. ? Shouldn’t our coaches have fully developed him in 4 years? -
Need a new DL coach to get that "meat off the bone" that Oliver has still got according to Beane
-
Bring him in.. I got no issues.. but just making a point that his playing career wont count for anything when it comes to coaching... Bit slow on the coach change front.. I agree...
-
Like … he must be a good coach because he was a great player … Amirite?

Buscaglia: Both Bills Coordinators are likely to be back in 2023
Aussie Joe replied to JohnNord's topic in The Stadium Wall
Sounds like he hasnt heard anything but just making logical assumptions based on relationships I would suspect if they werent coming back it would be official by now so they could try to get a gig elsewhere... Unless Leslie is retiring anyway... -
I think the Dolphins move on from Tua... maybe Brady goes there? Would be a spin if Rodgers and Brady in the Div
