Interesting…what do you expect “Ques” to do in camp whilst he is “genuinely competing “ that he couldn’t show the coaches in 2022? They need to be actively seeking a better option THIS offseason … not just rolling the dice that Brown comes good or even less likely that Ques is the answer… The biggest priority on this team this offseason has to be improve the OL…Give Allen a bit more time and protection …this could go a long way to fixing the other problems on the offense that emerged in the second half of last season.. Improving the OL to me means that Bates is the 5th best OL on the team and Brown should be the swing tackle if he plays like last season…

Brown definitely did not improve last year… I would move Bates back to LG… but the thing with Bates is that he needs to be the 5th best OL… not 3rd like 2022… Upgrades required at RG and RT… assume one in FA and the other in the draft ( it needs to be an early pick)

I think this would have more chance as they need to eat dead cap by trading Evans, so doubt they want to take on Oliver’s money and they will get Gabe on the cheap at $2m….still think the 2nd would need to be 2023.. The Bills really need to get their OL fixed as the starting point … I would be looking at a mid level FA acquisition and a top 100 pick at a minimum…. If they can do that and still make this move then great…
