  1. Three TOs and a KO out of bounds...we're lucky the score is tied. Teams playing well. Just got to eliminate the mistkes.
  2. I've liked what I've seen from our young backs. They've not shied away from playing physical. Not being the veteran will probably cost them some PI flags that veteran DBs wouldn't get.
  3. The defending super bowl champion? At their place? My heart says Bills win. My head says Rams win.
  4. The unfortunate outcome of this game is that the losing team is going to be all over the sports news tomorrow morning as being overhyped, not able to repeat in a SB, etc. I've got the Bills losing 4 of their first 6 games and still winning the SB. Both of these teams are good teams. The losing team will be the talk of the town tomorrow...yadda, yadda, yadda
  5. I'm not the guru either, but here's my take. I think all QBs are fooled. I think the real question is how often does a QB get fooled, relative to other QBs, right? I think both IQ and experience matters. I think one's willingness to study, review tape and continue learning, matters, right? Josh has a strong IQ, I don't think there is any denying that. It sure seems to me that Josh is spending a lot of time learning, getting smarter and perfecting his skillset. What Josh lacks, compared to some of the QBs is obviously experience. I can't argue that Josh is anywhere near where Brady and Rogers are, contrasting their experience. Comparing Josh's experience factor to his class of QBs, I don't think Josh is deficient. Rather, I'd argue that he is exceeding the experience level.
  6. and put a spy on Josh...LOL
  7. It depends on how soon they put Bridgewater in
  8. I went 12-5, assuming 4 of these losses come in the first 6 games
  9. Most everything I've read suggests rumors were significant at SDSU after this incident, mostly if not all coming via anonymous tip lines. As a result, SDSU brought in a consultant that survived a gang rape, to speak to the men's football team and others at SDSU. Should they have backed off their investigations so, as they claim, the SDPD could investigate without their interference? Seems to me they shouldn't have. But that's just me.
  10. Some info from MAs criminal defense attorney. Not much that hasn't already been said in this thread, but perhaps some additional clarification regarding his defense. https://youtu.be/5K1oHovl--s
  11. I don't think he believed the Bills were going to release MA. But he's been most unpredictable, so who really knows what he does and doesn't think.
  12. I wondered this, but after the Beane/McD conference, I got the feeling that MAs been transparent with them. It might be determined that he wasn't.
  13. I don't think the Bill's reputation took any hit. I think Bean's decision will be respected by most.
  14. Impressed with the way mgmt handled this.
  15. Here's the MWC board website I'm referencing. https://www.mwcboard.com/index.php?/forum/6-mwc-sports-forum/ It's not the most user friendly but it does have a search function. As you might expect, there is current content. Yeah, sometimes finding the truth gets messy. Jumping to a conclusion can also create more "circus"
  16. There was press back in the winter of 2021 about this incident, as well as significant criticism of SDSU not moving fast enough, for many, on their investigation. Reports were that the SDPD asked SDSU to back off and allow the PD to investigate and not interfere with it. My memory was that there were five football players accused. Names of those accused were not made public, to the best of my knowledge. But certainly the five had to know they were named, right? None of the five were suspended from playing out the 2021 season and that bothered many. This was all over the SDSU and MWC message boards at the time. If MA was one of the named five, which you have to assume was the case, I think all teams considering drafting MA had to know this existed. I'm thinking what MA shared during the draft vs what has currently become known doesn't reconcile. McD and the front office need to determine if what MA said previously amounts to misrepresentation. If so, that could very well be what costs MA a position on the team. Of course, the current claim can be embellished and be the misrepresentation. I guess my point is, even if MA comes out of these claims in a good place, if he lied to Bill's leadership, I still think he's a gonner. I'm guessing this might be what has McD conflicted.
  17. Or you can wait until the truth is known and not be wrong. That's the choice many of us are making. Why do you feel forced to choose a side before you know the facts?
  18. Arazia's attorney is disputing this. Some claim that this was Arazia's house...it wasn't. His attorney says Arazia didn't bring her to the bedroom and claims Arazia wasn't even in this house this particular night. He claims to have seen witness testimony to support Arazia's claim. But who the heck knows?
  19. Dorsey upstairs. Josh on the sideline with a headset
  20. and defense always comes together first. good news! and you know Josh could have easily run for a first down, if he really wanted to.
  21. Interesting to see how, heading into year 5, the media is still talking more about Mayfield and Darnold than they are Allen. Neither has been given a chance, both have been in terrible organizations and systems, yadda yadda yadda. Neither were part of the solution in their particular organizations, but rather have been victims of their situations. In contrast, Allen owns his situations and takes responsibility for it.
