  1. I'd rather see Watt return than Fuller
  2. What does the tackle do with it after he catches it...unless he's in the end zone
  3. I think you're taking this thread too seriously. I am impressed of your ability to crowbar JA into this thread.
  4. After looking crappy for the last month, Brady and the Pat's offense looked pretty dang good against the Bills. That's the part that hasn't set well with me. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. This is exactly what the Pats did last year. They're peaking yet again in mid December.
  5. Yeah, I think we all do. In the heat of a run, blocks and tackles, players are always fighting for those extra inches. I get that too. This was after all of the players walked away, then a Pat lineman leans down and moves the ball. That's hilarious.
  6. Too bad. I've always like Big Ben. Great career for him. Thanks for the memories
  7. Let me say this. I like our coaching staff. I think they're bright and make good adjustments. However, they don't see things and make those adjustments soon enough. It's like a series or two, too late. The really good coaches make adjustments much earlier in games. Your time out examples are probably part of that. Those immediate, in-game, decisions aren't always good. They get there. Just not soon enough.
  8. A lack of patience in my opinion. The quest for immediate gratification. As soon as this team surpassed the Las Vegas # of wins - 6.5 or whatever it was, it was the super bowl, boom or bust.
  9. Yeah, I understand. I'm not sure how this changes anything. A player shouldn't be a adjusting the placement of the ball.
  10. You only control you and I see very little objective on this board. Lots of subjective though
  11. This is like flopping in the NBA. There really should be some kind of penalty if this is true. I question if this is true, however. Why in the hellski would he admit doing this?
  12. I agreed with your post, but realize that knife has two edges.
  13. Player shouldn't be adjusting the ball placement, no matter. That's the way I see it anyways.
  14. Each of us focuses on what we choose to focus on. And it defines us.
  15. I hate singling out one guy, especially when the entire team contributed to this loss.
  16. BB kicked our defenses ass. BB kicked our RBs ass. BB kicked our defensive lines ass. BB kicked our offensive lines ass. And BB kicked our QBs ass. BB did show that our QB was still developing, I agree with you. BB also showed that our defense wasn't as good as we thought. BB also showed that our running game wasn't as good as we thought. BB also showed that our defensive and offensive lines weren't as good as we thought. BB showing us what we all already knew wasn't the surprise. BB showing us what we all didn't know was the surprise to me and is what cost us the game.
  17. I would argue that JA and the offense had to take what the Pat's defense was giving them. The Bills could not establish any kind of running game the entire game, logging in fewer than 50 total yds (ignoring JAs rushing yards). This made the Bills one dimensional. The Bill's offense, when successful, didn't consume much TOP, which then put our D on the field against the Pat's run offense which they were pretty damn successful doing. They had two drives in the first half that consumed 7 and 8 minutes, setting the stage for the rest of the game. NE had two RBs with just under 100 yds apiece. I think Daboll failed our running game game planning. We needed a balanced offensive attack to beat this NE defense and we didn't bring it. We couldn't find the running game. Folks are blaming Allen for the TOP difference. The successes the Bills had passing the ball, against a very tough defense, caused us to score faster, putting our D on the field more. While it was an ugly first half, the score was tied at the half. TOP was lopsided because NE used a ton of time running the ball on long, sustained, drives and our offense had to throw the ball because we couldn't run it at all. The Bills punted one time more than their average for the year. Against the best defense, that isn't the concern. We couldn't run the ball. BB outcoached us again. I think Devin is a strong RB. We need a second one, giving us that one, two punch. NE had to RBs Sat that logged in just under 100yds apiece.
  18. The Pats have averaged over five punts per game this year. Yesterday they punted twice. The Bill's have averaged 4.9 punts per game this year. Yesterday they punted six times.
  19. I think it's time to take the bit out of Josh's mouth.
