But I believe Mccarron will lockthe starting job down unless McDermott says !@#$ it and goes with Allen...i do not believe Peterman will out perform Mccarron though

I think Benjamin and Zay are very capable. I believe with an offense who's goal is to actually throw the ball with a accurate QB. Unlike Tyrod who was terrible in my opinion and got worse every year. He made some great plays with his legs but they are plays he wouldn't have had to make if he was a good passer. If he could take a 3 step drop read the field and deliver the ball where it needed to be a lot of those big runs on 3rd down wouldn't have been needed. So i have faith in our WRs as well

To be fair Mccarron was never even given the chance to unseat him. The Bengals looked at Dalton as their starter and said they would have been disrespecting him by giving Mccarron 1st team reps n such...Grappolo was never given an opportunity to start either doesn't mean he isnt a capable NFL QB.

I have as well I've actually wrote a similar post about 2 weeks ago about how he is going to give the job up easily He has made some great plays and has never had an offense built around him he has all the tools needed he is a competitor and he knows the NFL Last year he had offers and he was only going somewhere that he had a chance to start he didnt want to be a backup because I read an article a month or so ago that the patriots tried to sign him as well

One thing Zay Jones knows how to do is catch a football so he definetly hasn't forgot how to do that he just has to get out of his own head and he will be fine

Josh Allen has issues that playing isnt going to fix it will only keep those issues in his muscle memory he needs coaching and his muscle memory changed

Having the same offense for 2 completely different QB styles is not getting the most out of them and is not hiding their weaknesses

This article is good but basically leaves it up to the OC...he will have to teach AJM and allen 2 different offenses because AJM could thrive in a WCO and this article suggests Allen should not even attempt it. So that is clearly something our OC will have to figure out. Great post tho

That makes them smart they let him sit back waiting for someone to come and when no one came he just jumped at the opportunity to go where he can compete for a starting job. AJM and a solid defense is going to be a good combination.

If you actually knew what you were talking about AJ Mccarron was at first possibly a first rounder and then a 2nd or 3rd but something happen with his combine interviews where he rubbed a lot of teams the wrong way and dropped drastically and analysts praised the Bengals for the value they got in AJ....Do you think Josh Allen is amazing because he got drafted 7th overall? Did you think Jamacus Russel and Ryan Leaf were gonna be superstars as well? I dont understand how the NFL with all it's power and precise ways to handle things hasnt been able to evaluate QBs yet. But if history has any say Josh Allen will fall in line with the rest of the big arm projects that are no longer in the NFL while solid accurate NFL ready QBs get overlooked....Go google the Andrew Luck draft and tell me what QBs have been successful in the NFL...because you will be shocked at the results

Right but none of this **** matters until a few years from now and i no longer have any faith in Tv analyst anymore after Mel Kiper Jr said we had the best draft and only came out with 1 day 1 starter

So im guessing you want Allen to be the day 1 starter? Allen is not our day 1 starter n he wasn't drafted because who is he was drafted because who he can be so you better hope AJ plays pretty good
