  1. Good point, KD, can already see the challenges such a kick would give Special Team coaches around the league.
  2. Pretty sound idea, well thought out. Quick question though, Would an onside kick require at least 15 yards to give the receiving team a fair chance to recover the ball? A mere 10 yards would favor the kicking team.
  3. Hopefully, over time, Russ Brandon is able to redefine his priorities in life, and make a fresh start.
  4. Yes, she is more than qualified and will exceed expectations.
  5. @ Jordan Palmer....Yeah, and the Yankees and Red Sox will host tea time for one another.
  6. The last thing the team needs is hushed whispers in the locker room (pro Allen and those questioning him amid distrust). The concept of TEAM should mean We are in this together, not sell-out to a good player in spite of the TEAM. The FO should have thought this through.
  7. No, OP, the Bills did not REALLY get their guy. Allen is not the guy. Stay healthy, AJ, stay healthy.
  8. Allen is not the guy. Baker Mayfield, well, that's a different story altogether. The last thing the team needs is someone potentially bringing hushed whispers into the locker room. Hopefully, there will be a team meeting to air all this out before petty choosing of sides splits the team. Yes, granted, we all were young in our lives, but skipping school or pocketing funds earmarked for the church offering plate pales to speaking evil of a whole race of people that may bring his teammates feelings into play in that locker room. Unnecessary distractions is something a team doesn't need.
  9. Stay healthy, AJ, stay healthy.
  10. Allen is not the guy. Too bad Baker Mayfield wasn't available.
  11. Too bad offensive guru Chip Kelly is otherwise committed at U.C.L.A. Yes, admittedly, he may have not been as successful as a pro coach, but he has the tools to bring players in the QB position up to speed and then some.
  12. Allen is not the guy. Rosen needs to rid himself of the me centered attitude. Baker Mayfield was/is worth moving up for, but we missed an opportunity. Hopefully AJ stays healthy, and Nathan Peterman is ready if and when needed.
  13. Pssst Josh Rosen, over here...turn off the me-centered attitude if you want to make it in the NFL kid.
  14. IF Rosen improves upon his me centered attitude, he could flourish in this league, but until then nothing more than another flash in the pan.
  15. A solid pick...hope this young man stays healthy.
  16. Yes, it is early, but if we are merely guessing at this point, I'd go with AJ to start, and leave it up to him to lose his spot or keep it. Allen is not the guy, and quite frankly, Nathan Peterman should be above him in the depth chart come Fall. Let's hope Allen doesn't become a distraction where it counts--in the locker-room (Any volunteers to chair the first team meeting where he breaks the ice with his teammates of color over his past transgressions?), Or, will this be overlooked and let things fester amid distrust between teammates? Again, all the way w/AJ and then Nathan Peterman standing in the on deck circle.
