Inventory of reasons why the 10-3 Bills suck

Orlovsky: Bills aren't as talented offensively as we thought
dakrider replied to Billz4ever's topic in The Stadium Wall
If you put Allen and Diggs on the Chicago Bears, they would immediately be one of the top 3-4 teams in the NFC. And the Bills would be one of worst teams in AFC, still would have a good defense but no big playmakers on offense and still no running game. -
NFL Week #14 - Jets at Bills - Post game thread
dakrider replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think Allen played a pretty good game overall but he did start poorly. Disappointing to see Bills receivers drop so many. Bills need to grease up some balls and practice catching slippery balls! Bills caught a break too when Jets Williams went out. Good win but once again the Bills did not play as well as they could have. A lot of it was due to the weather but as mentioned by others here, didn't seem to affect the Jets receivers to much. -

Bills Offense has regressed, they look confused and nobody can make a play -
I’m kind of Over the Hines Experiment

Hines and Shakir are both 2 weapons the Bills don't utilize enough. Between those two, McKenzie and Cook out of the backfield, the Bills should be uncoverable every play. -
NY Jets at Buffalo Bills, Sunday Dec 11 at 1 pm
dakrider replied to Beck Water's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Jets are simply an average NFL team, they will probably be the last team in the playoffs and lose the first game. Its time for the Bills to flex, they've won the last 3 games on the road within a very short time span. They've had time to get things together for this week and I expect them to unload against the Jets. Regardless of how good the Jets defense may be, the biggest obstacle the Bills face in every game is their own mistakes and turnovers. I expect the Bills to win this one going away something like 34-17 and the Jets are going to be back to "What happened? I thought we were good"... -
I thought it might be a stretch if Miller would have been able to come back in the playoffs but didn't think it was as bad as torn acl is. These damn knee injuries are just killer.

So, this guy Allen.. who’d have believed what he would become?
dakrider replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
I had hoped Allen would sit more of his rookie year because he obviously needed add'l coaching and training and it was disappointing he had to learn from the likes of Nathan Peterman and the Bills had some really bad receivers. Josh had to learn from the school of hard knocks, but he was able to see his own weaknesses and he got add'l help in the off seasons and really has honed his skills. -

One of my favorite things is to watch Belichick when he loses!

And now we enter the most important stretch of the season…
dakrider replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
Bills are favored by 5.5, kind of surprising on the road but no way the Pats would be favored in this game. They have a lot more to prove than the Bills do. Allen will be under pressure but he can usually handle that. Pats seemed to do well against the run so I don't suspect Bills to get much there, that may be the biggest problem. -

I think Bills should handle Patriots. Defense just has to step up and offense can't commit turnovers. -
That was a hard fought victory, regardless of who they played. Bills absolutely deserved to win. They could have folded at end and gave Detroit win, and Allen could not have made that throw to Diggs.

Allen is probably going to start taking more chances now. Receivers need to step it up. -

Bills can't block, can't catch the ball, can't cover guys and can't tackle either. -

Most of Allen's incompletions have been just throwing the ball away. He's not forcing things. -

That was great because it was McKenzie, wasn't a low pass but perfect for him to get. -
That would be pretty amazing especially considering Allen's first year vs Marino who went to SB his first year.
-
If your Detroit, your probably hoping to be able to run the ball and get some good play action passing going. And then they will try to force Allen into making mistakes. I'm sure thats about every teams game plan for the Bills though. Could be a lot of points being scored. I just hope Allen and the offense performs well, especially in 2nd half.

This is probably good now, the Bills don't have to get caught up in the hype of being SB favorites and they can just go about their business with almost every game here on out being a must win. There are no easy games left on their schedule, even Detroit won't be easy and Patriots, Jets, Cinci, Miami etc. will all be tough games they will have to focus on each week.
