  1. Here's a deep thought....I'll bet that San Diego doesn't draft Aaron Rodgers.
  2. The draft has really turned out well for the Bills so far. 3 RB's gone before AZ picks and 2 CB gone before Washington picks.
  3. You've got to believe that AZ has their pick already written on the card in case Minn goes past their time again. Should speed up the next 2 picks.
  4. 3 RB's gone already. Anyone who still needs one better come knockin'. TD is in good shape for the coming poker game with AZ and Philly.
  5. Benson looks good, yet they're ragging on Suzie Kolber.
  6. I knew that Miami would not take a QB. I was hoping that they would, but at least they still have the brittle man Feeley.
  7. I think that after all of the rumors it would be a disappointment to settle for only a 3rd round pick. But I'm sure that TD will extract as much as he can.
  8. My point is that estate taxes have been around a long time. Right now with the huge federal deficits, a costly war in Iraq, a supposed Social Security crisis, a looming Medicare crisis, and all the other things going on, why is the elimination of estate taxes such a priority? By your reasoning, we should eliminate all taxes for anyone who makes over a million a year since they will use every dollar of it to create jobs, give to charity and keep the economy going. This is probably a little over your head. Have someone explain it to you.
  9. Man, this is tough because nobody knows about the trade activity, but here goes: WR Matt Jones C Chris Spencer K Mike Nugent When I dream, I dream high.
  10. Well if the government has an extra couple hundred billion laying around, possibly a better use of it may have been to fix the AMT or some other tax cut that just doesn't go to the richest .001% of the population.
  11. Although I think the dropping of the estate tax is just another "give the rich some more money" deals, it may keep the Bills in Ralph's family. The problem all along was that the family would need to sell the team to pay estate taxes. This may no longer be a problem and possibly Ralph's family will decide to keep this team when he moves on to that big end zone in the sky.
  12. I read the same issue. It was pretty bizarre. They talked about each teams needs in an article and next to it was their mock draft. For almost every team, the mock was nothing like the teams actual needs.
  13. Great thread! Wish I had taken a hooker to my prom. Talk about a sure thing to take the pressure off.
  14. I think that we might see Marcus Price back as he was very valuable as a backup to both LT and RT. He hasn't seen much interest because he has never been a starter and at his age is probably better suited as a backup. I also think that Shelton may be considered more of a Marcus Price than as a true starting LT. If we end up with Shelton that may be his role. Depending on the possible trades and draft, we may see Price resigned.
  15. Athletically, he is a freak. As a QB, he would suck. He has also stated that he does not want to be a TE. Probably doesn't want to block any guys his size or bigger. He would be great as a WR or Slash player though. BUT, he will be somewhat of a project for a while until he learns the position. It's going to be interesting to see where he goes in the draft.
  16. Well, they traded their 2nd pick this year to the Eagles for Feeley. He's not a bad qb. Just don't pat him on the ass. They also signed Gus Frerotte who their OC had with him in Minn. I just don't see either Smith or Rodgers being anyone's savior this year. As far as RB, the Felons have Sammy Morris, Travis Minor and other journeymen. They also have lots of holes on their OL and on defense. Again, I would love for them to take a QB, but I don't think that it will happen.
  17. Why would we have any interest in Simms? We have Losman and Holcomb both signed to long term contracts.
  18. I would love for the Dolfelons to waste their #1 pick on Smith. It doesn't make much sense for them to take a qb when they have much bigger needs.
  19. My cat and a street that I used to live on makes a good porno chick name: Dusty Busti or Dusty Busty
  20. My full name is Michael Ron Vick and I live on Mexico Lane. So Ron Mexico. And I like to leave my bitches with a little something extra!
  21. I have a feeling that the Ron Mexico flap will be with us for a while.
  22. I remember watching Tim Horton play for the Sabres back then. What a terrific mentor he was for the young Sabres. He was never much of an offensive player, but even at age 44 he was probably the strongest guy in the league. The reason for the recent rehash was that it had been 30 years since his death and it is some kind of Canadian law that autopsy reports can only be released to the public after 30 years has passed. So next time you have a crueller, salute the big guy.
