Oh, how I love these little demonstrations of tolerance and peace from the left... https://www.sfgate.com/news/article/street-fight-pride-2018-kehlani-set-girls-fighting-13025244.php

Jerry rice possible return to NFL?
Golden Goat replied to DBilz2500's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Jerry Rice or Zay Jones? Serious question (kinda). -
Agreed. I think Cabrera will fetch more in a trade because, as you pointed out, he can play anywhere in the infield and has been (relatively) swinging a hot bat all season long. His value probably will ever be higher, and I think there's a possibility some team overpays for him. With Familia, it depends on how he does over the next two weeks. I wouldn't be sorry to see Familia go. Absolutely. Wheeler is my next guy to go. I don't think Frazier or Bruce go because of their contracts, but I absolutely can see Wheeler gone before the deadline. My #4 is Mesoraco. I can see some team taking a flyer on him, given that he has shown he can improve after a change of scenery. I don't think he was ever in the Mets' long-term plans. That trade was more about getting Harvey out of New York. I'm not a fan of Plawecki, but for some reason the Mets seem to be. This is the type of fight the Mets need to have:

So... Who will we trade first? I can't imagine Cabrera or Familia being Mets after July 31st.

After decades of threats and anti-U.S. rhetoric, this is spectacular. It's a shame most Americans won't see this story.

Very much so. By many accounts, Triple H was a choir boy, and Michaels was anything but. A lot of Trips rubbed off on Michaels through the years. Absent of that friendship, even Michaels admits he might not have turned his life around.

FSU QBs scare me as much as USC QBs.

"The only top world title that Vader never won was the WWE's top prize, and he was in fact scheduled to win that title in 1996 before Shawn Michaels put a stop to it. The plan was for Vader to defeat Michaels for the title at Survivor Series '96 at Madison Square Garden and go on to lose it back to HBK at the 1997 Royal Rumble in San Antonio, Shawn's hometown. Instead, Michaels decided he didn't want to work the program with Vader and the spot was given to Psycho Sid. Vader worked against Michaels at SummerSlam that year instead, a very good match (complete with a vintage Michaels' tempter tantrum) that showed the pair could have (and should have) had more great matches down the line." So, a bit off topic, but I thought I'd share. My wife and I were at Game 4 of the NLCS in 2016. This dog was easily the biggest attraction before the game. Its poses were perfect, but it couldn't stop wagging its tail. People were stuffing some serious coin into that jug. I'd wager the dog eats better than we do.

Worst thunderstorm you have ever been in
Golden Goat replied to Ice bowl 67's topic in Off the Wall Archives
So strange to see this post today. Ours was yesterday. The storms came out of nowhere and lightning hit a metal bench in the landscaping in front of our house. The force threw the bench against the house, but miraculously none of the windows broke. The cable modem, router and two satellite boxes were fried (despite surge protectors) and -- well, let's just say it was an unfortunate introduction to thunder for my 1-year-old. -
Oh, I kid, I kid. The Mets are usually a hotter second-half team, but, I don't see how they overcome the deep hole they've dug for themselves to date. I still love 'em -- I'm from Flushing; it's in my DNA! Plus, the alternative is that other NY team that buys championships.

Tom, you're not a bully. You're a bully wannabe, which is so much worse. Your life blows, the much-taller and more muscular wife keeps you on a short leash (by your own admission), you lie, as proven time and time again in this thread, and you get triggered after you swear you won't let me trigger you. Now quick! Get angry and call me some more names. You know you want need to.

Tom, last night I explained how I know you're small in -- stature. Building on that, through our little exchange, I've developed a pretty good guess of what you look like in real life. This is why I can't stop laughing. This -- right here -- is what I envision when I read your posts. You're pure comedic relief to me. Would YOU take you seriously? ?
