(GORGEOUS property, BTW). My last girlfriend (before I met my wife) lived in Little Egg Harbor Township, and I was in the area every few weeks. AC was a shell of what I remembered in the '90s. It's not just the lottery -- Five new casinos opened in Pennsylvania in the past decade and now sports betting can be done online, from home. It's not a safe city, most hotels are old and falling apart, and everything is still overpriced. Outside of a few summer months (and I'm being generous here), it's just not an attractive destination anymore. I've read that new casinos have since opened in an effort to revitalize the city, and I wish them luck. I don't like their chances.
