  1. Rosenthal retires 1st batter, drops ERA to 72.00 Washington Nationals reliever Trevor Rosenthal retired a batter for the first time this season on Wednesday night after allowing the first 10 he faced to reach safely." ?
  2. Anyone remember the "insurance policy?" "On October 16th, John Kerry, who was then US States Secretary of State, flew to London to visit Julian at the Ecuadorian Embassy. The same day Wikileaks tweeted out 3 tweets each containing a different pre-commitment hash code. A pre-commitment hash is essentially an authentication key that provides you with a way of checking the integrity of an insurance files data. If the data has been changed the hash won't match. The first hash code to be tweeted was named John Kerry followed by Ecuador and UK FCO." Methinks some chickens are coming home to roost.
  3. I'll start. You're welcome.
  4. Not me. I'm just a ***** masochist.
  5. Q) What's the difference between an inlaw and an outlaw? A) Outlaws are wanted.
  6. Damn, 14-8? Who got the safety for the Mets?
  7. Absolutely stunning that the Labor Party -- that of Golda Meir and Yitzhak Rabin -- will have only SIX seats out of the Knesset's 120 after the dust settles.
  8. Better than that -- He actually declared victory. ?
  9. Ditto with the Broncos.
  10. Interesting. The only one who seems rattled by Buttigieg's sexual preference is Buttigieg.
  11. If anyone has earned 45 minutes here...
  12. I thought election interference was a bad thing. What gives, Dems?
  13. For the most part, it's been pretty smooth. Unfortunately for me, I started drinking Sunday @ 1 p.m. and didn't pick till 8 a.m. this morning. Live and learn, man, live and learn!!!
  14. His meteoric rise could have Denver (#10) or Cincy (#11) giving us a pick to move up in front of the other guy. Both have big holes at LB, and there's a substantial drop in talent at the position after Bush. I think we're in great shape at #9!
  15. With the 10th pick, the Denver Broncos select Devin Bush, LB, Michigan. The Cincinnati Bengals (@TOboy) are now on the clock. Why? I went QB, but of the defense. Bush has been flying up draft boards since his stellar combine. Denver's biggest hole on defense is a playmaker up the middle. He was a leader at Michigan, and a freakishly athletic, physical force on D. He gets knocked for his size, but he's only an inch shorter and a few pounds lighter than Devin White. I know, I know -- "Elway loves Lock." Those rumors have seemed a little too frequent and convenient. The Paxton Lynch fiasco taught them a thing or two about reaching for a QB. I think they'll wait and see what they have in Flacco for a year and address QB in 2020, in a deeper class. For the record, I'm a Mizzou alum and I don't think Lock should be a first-rounder, let alone a top-10 pick. I do; however, think someone will trade up to draft him well before #10.
  16. Methinks you'd need to read the rules, first.
  17. Shoulda saved some of those homers for today.
  18. My understanding is there will be several of them before draft day, depending on how this one goes. Just keep an eye out for Virgil's posts and claim your team. I think it's first-come, first-served.
  19. AOC = Awkward On Camera. This was precious, but my favorite is still the missed high-five @ SOTU. Lots more fun ahead in the next 11.75 years!
  20. I agree! Let it go! Please run, Joe! Please win the nomination!
  21. With that interpretation of it, I agree!
  22. How dark will it be?
