Good thing the contracts are 4 (and in some cases 5 years). It doesn't HAVE to happen in their first season, especially when you have other capable veteran players in place. They're allowed to emerge over time and produce more value...

There is no planet where Moore, Berrios or Mims are better than Gabe Davis 🙄 Mims is a total bust as the 59th pick in 2020. 26 games with 38 receptions, 628 yards and 0 TDs. Berrios MIGHT be a better version of Isaiah McKenzie... although he's been one of their most targeted players in New York since arriving. McKenzie has been a gadget player... Berrios 60 games with 104 receptions, 1,022 yards and 5 TDs Also run for 160 and 4 TDs. McKenzie 64 games with 130 receptions, 1,252 yards and 11 TDs Also run for 213 and 4 TDs. You can argue the jury is still out on Moore... but he hasn't done anything to prove he's better than Gabe. Corey Davis might even be a stretch... he's lacked the consistency of Gabe Davis throughout his career... that's really saying something considering people here want to strangle Davis for his inconsistency whether it be performance or health.

Check out the Chiefs… 2/10 top cap hits were drafted by Brett Veach. Patrick Mahomes and Juan Thornhill. Everyone else Veach traded or signed in FA… why does he get a pass? Give Veach… Mahomes, Bolton and Humphrey as “superstars” he has drafted. Who else?

Dumbass... nobody in the NFL is. Josh Allen, Tremaine Edmunds, Taron Johnson, Ed Oliver, Devin Singletary, Dawson Knox, Gabriel Davis and Greg Rousseau is better than 25-28 other teams over the same span. Guaranteed.

I mean this is easy... he drafts at the upper echelon of GMs when compared to his peers. You can't just look at the draft and go "But DK Metcalf went after, and he took Cody Ford instead" everyone else made that mistake. Seahawks passed on Metcalf twice. The hit rate on finding an All-Pro caliber player is like 1 every 3 drafts if you're doing a good job. It just doesn't happen that often... he drafted arguably the best QB in football... which is pretty damn valuable. Given the money and resources, most posters on this board could go back years after a draft is completed and pick out the players a team SHOULD have taken. FWIW nobody has ever seen you post data or articles on here... you just jump on and start spewing doom about how Tua and the Dolphins are better than us.

7/10 highest cap hits on the Bills as we speak today are players drafted by this regime. Allen, White, Edmunds, Dawkins, Oliver, Milano and Johnson. The 3 who weren't draft picks are Diggs, Morse and Poyer... What are you talking about?

They’ve played well since beating us, but it’s not like they’ve been firing in all cylinders. OT to beat the Malik Willis lead Titans? 3 point win against the Chargers who spit up all over themselves every week? 10 point game in Q4 against the Bryce Perkins lead Rams with Van Jefferson and Tutu Atwell as their leading WR? The 49ers game was a nice win, otherwise they’re finding ways to win games, but let’s not act like they’re lighting the world on fire.

Good post from Greg. Most people were saying they wanted Davis to emerge as a WR2… but they didn’t actually know what that meant and were expecting WR1 production, but just less production than Diggs which would make him our WR2. It doesn’t excuse the drops and miscues… they’re annoying… but he’s still been producing. That’s all.

Yeah, I’m over it too. Mostly because we have a large group of fans on this message board that keep behaving as if we acquired Barry Sanders in his prime and are misusing him.

2.5 years of a high level play with 3 games of poor play isn’t nearly enough to claim “regression” it’s more people overreacting/hyperbole. My point was… what has Josh done his entire life that makes you think he won’t adjust? He typically adapts… it might not happen as soon as you’d like it… but he’s shown an unbelievable ability to adapt.

I know this is from a little further in the past now… but what about Josh’s 26 years on earth makes you think he won’t adapt at some point?
