  1. Yeah, that’s it. I’m sure every GM sits in their office going “I better pretend like I’m working.” and then plays speed dial roulette with an agent. Don’t pollute the board with stupid *****.
  2. I propose a “Josh Allen Cam” on the sideline to track how many asses he pats and words he yells. I mean what the ***** people, just because the camera cuts to him for 15 seconds and he’s looking at an iPad or staring ahead doesn’t mean *****. You do realize how much time there is on the sidelines? But let’s just hone in on 15 seconds with no context.
  3. Maybe, maybe not. That’s the point, the book isn’t written yet. For whatever reason you’re comfortable speaking in absolutes.
  4. Holy Hyperbole Batman. He’s cheap, young and talented. There’s clearly an issue and some sort of disconnect, but I’m not sure trading him helps this team.
  5. Let’s see these tiers…
  6. I don’t understand the fascination with trading away players. Depth is OK. He’s on a rookie deal, let it play out. He’s had highs and lows, but the desire to cut bait so quickly is a little out there.
  7. But, but, but when the camera cuts to Josh randomly on the sideline for 3-4 seconds he's sitting there expressionless. That means he is not a leader!
  8. Yeah, because that’s how it works. We should trade Josh and nab Chad Kelly from the Argonauts while we’re at it.
  9. It took Marty S 10 seasons to win 4 playoff games. 10 SEASONS! He didn’t string together two playoff wins until his 10th season. Andy Reid only did it three times in 14 seasons in Philadelphia and it took him 6 before he did it in Kansas City. So your guys are Andy Reid (Mahomes era) and Bill Belichick (who McDermott stomped in their one playoff matchup)… McVay or Shanahan (please don’t forget his role in the Falcons Super Bowl implosion) ? I have a hard time including Zac Taylor. Not touching John Harbaugh, Mike Tomlin or Matt LaFleur because I’m not convinced they’re able to elevate like you’re asking for. Who else? That’s what, 4 guys who have (objectively) been able to do it do it better than Sean? The likelihood of finding them is slim, that’s why those guys usually stick in once place for a long time. The only guy who may become available is Belichick and he’d want to control the entire show… which isn’t going too well right now. Reid and Shanahan will be there as long as they’d like and McVay will go from the Rams sideline to the booth. What first year coaching candidates are out there that can go and elevate this team? What about retreads? Who is out there that has shown the ability to get a team over the top?
  10. I’m more concerned about how he injured his shoulder yesterday… trying to make a throw when he’d typically scramble.
  11. Diggs was actually open there after Josh scrambled. He wasn’t Miami Dolphins open, but he was open, Josh just overthrew him.
  12. You nailed it - you're the great liberator of realistic thought.
  13. He has like a .650 W% how can you make an argument that he doesn’t put players in the best positions to succeed? I mean seriously, step back for a second and think. “Oh, it’s only Josh Allen.” Yeah, Josh is really ***** good.. but we were declared as trying to outsmart math by drafting him because of how raw and unlikely he was to succeed, and yes McDermott was a HUGE part of developing him. Ok? As we slightly transition away from your comment of “the Bills don’t put players in a position to succeed in the McD era” this game is a nice point of reference. You know, the game where the team that is setting NFL offensive records was held to 20 points and lost by 48? If some talking head wants to declare us as winning the September Super Bowl, that’s fine? I’m sure it’s the same talking head that’s been anointing the Dolphins as the division winners for 2 years now.. the same Dolphins team that is 1-3 against Buffalo dating back to last year and 0-3 since their September Super Bowl. But, but, but JGMcD2, the Dolphins played the Bills close in all of those games last year and ALMOST won with Skylar Thompson. Yeah, they also had a full offseason to make adjustments and close the gap and then lost by 28.
  14. Do me a favor, next time when you’re thinking of making a post, unplug the keyboard beforehand. Thanks in advance.
  15. You’re quickly becoming the most infuriating read on the board… it’s a shame you probably enjoy hearing that
  16. I mean, yes, but since Diggs got to Buffalo the Bills are 6-1 against New England (including the playoffs). He’s caught 43 of 63 targets for 629 yards and 6 TDs. Roughly 6 catches for 90 yards and a TD per game?
  17. Okay, do you realize you only saw a 10 second clip of him on the sidelines and he very well could have been doing all of that before and after?
  18. He doesn’t HAVE to be a vocal leader. The guys follow him and rally around him just fine, he’s never been that way and it’s never been an issue. He leads naturally, anything else and that’s how he loses his teammates. The authenticity goes way further than screaming on the sidelines.
  19. Really cool concept, I think that would be pretty cool and equitable for teams. I guess my question is what 15 places would you go that you don't already play? Then when you do, how would you know people actually show up?
  20. If that's the case, we all might be better off if you keep your thoughts to yourself.
  21. Wait a second, you're the one throwing around statements like "he should never again be involved with picking that high of a selection" and "Honestly, some of the Bills scouts suck at their job." My question is, who the f**k you think you are, A**hole? I can tell you from being in these rooms, it isn't as simple as "making a recommendation."
  22. Don't get me wrong, I'd love it - it's just something I could never see happening. He'll get snapped up very quickly to be a HC or will take his talents to the broadcast booth. I doubt he'd have any interest in being a coordinator.
  23. Are you implying we could land Sean McVay as our OC?
  24. This is just a woefully ignorant statement. You have no idea who the scouts are, what they said, and quite frankly no idea how difficult projecting talent is.
