Well, they're 2-6, which means they have to go 8-1 the rest of the way. They will beat LV, CLE and NE. They play NYJ x2, SF and HOU. They also have the LAR and GB mixed in there too. They're splitting with the NYJ and losing to at least 1 of SF or HOU. Who knows what happens with LAR and GB, but those aren't easy outs. They'll finish 7-10 or 8-9.

On things both big and small. The Tyler Bass situation is a perfect example. On a smaller scale, he did a wonderful job of sticking with the person and building him back up. On a larger scale, so did the rest of the team, and that's an extension of the coach and his culture. What many don't realize is the team takes the shape of the values that the coach lives by. McDermott isn't where he is without Josh Allen, but quite frankly, Josh Allen isn't where he is without Sean McDermott.

Sieler fractured his orbital bone during practice on Thursday, 10/24. They haven’t determined whether he needs surgery yet and IR has not been ruled out. He was considered week-to-week by McDaniel during his press conference on Friday, 10/25. Week-to-week in McDermott lingo typically means a multi-week absence. Seems likely to me that they’re missing both Sieler and Holland.

These players were OUT for Miami against Arizona: Kader Kohou, DB Storm Duck, DB Zach Sieler, DT Bradley Chubb is still on the PUP and Jalen Phillips is out for the season with a torn ACL. Braxton Barrios is also on the IR Jevon Holland sustained a knee injury against Arizona. McDaniel said he hasn’t been ruled out yet, but is week-to-week. Kohou, Phillips, Sieler and Holland are technically all starters who have played significant snaps for Miami, including during our Week 2 matchup.
