Scott, I say, take the plunge and make TBD a pay site. I'd be embarrassed at publicly commenting on something I could easily ignore, or could partake in for $3/month. Shocked at how many are mentioning this, I guess I shouldn't be. Moving TBD to a pay site would probably do wonders to separate the wheat from the chaff.

I think you raise some valid points. But the fact that we regularly engage on this site, show up at the games and tune in every Sunday, shows how impactful this team is on our lives and to me, far overriding the bad times is the fact that our little town has NFL football due largely to Ralph's 11th hour maneuverings. That and the fact that he donated a huge percentage of his estate to WNY is a statement that is hard to ignore. Here's to you Ralph!

Your post shows the limits of the ignore function. When you quote a guy I ignore, I end up seeing his posts as part of your post. Using the ignore function not only benefits you, it's also a public service. Think about it.

That made me chuckle out loud.

Study last year's offensive tape hard and work in more of last year's running game. Focus on a few key plays and call them in a game. More power runs with Richie pulling a lot more - let him use his strength. Run more plays that implement a moving pocket - let Tyrod use his strength. Use some misdirection in the run game. A reverse or two will do wonders to keeping a defense honest.
