  1. I'm starting to have those thoughts myself. Many are troubled that our formula for winning isn't like everyone else's. But there's a lot to be said for limiting turnovers on offense and playing good defense and special teams.
  2. I find this to be silly. Is Roth insinuating that Whaley and Russ before him didn't know the other GMs and vice versa? Very hard to believe.
  3. Yes, see "Best of Schopp".
  4. Do we not understand that Benjamin is open when he's not open? Sometimes you have to put the stat book down and THINK.
  5. How fun will it be watching Gilmore try to tackle Benjamin.
  6. No worries, organizational discipline will rule the day and we make no moves to undo the current progression.
  7. Excellent! Double down on belief in your own players/system/plan. It got you to 5-2.
  8. Some posters obviously use these boards to feed their delusions of self importance. Almost like they're a savior. Meanwhile the rest of us just laugh at the schmuck.
  9. OP: you said you think there's a big difference between the upper deck crowd and the lower. How so? I prefer the lower bowl because I like being closer to the field and benches. Just a preference. But I can tell you, I leave with a sore throat, scream on third downs (on defense obviously) and never sit down. Nobody sits, except maybe at half time. And the chick next to me was stone cold drunk all day. So what difference do you perceive?
  10. Shady's interview with Prime Time. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=V7-tCZFrzqM
  11. I can see where a road game anywhere is challenging logistically to the staff who set things up on the other end. But for the players? It's what, an hour flight then travel in waiting buses to the hotel or to the Meadowlands? I don't see the impact of a New Jersey trip as "significant".
  12. Surprised this is even still a conversation. Would Bryant have joined in the Tate sideline celebration yesterday? Or would he have moped about not getting the ball himself? Discussion over!
  13. That one just rolled off the keyboard...
  14. Do you have a contact/source in the Bills equip staff?
  15. To be fair, I said similar things to my son sitting there watching. Who didn't think it could be a long day after that first drive?
  16. Lofton's work yesterday got a lot of love, but I actually didn't think it was that great in watching it when I got home. He was joking a lot, which seemed somewhat out of place, to me. Maybe I'm just too tense about my Bills football.
  17. Yes, being there yesterday, and at many games over the years, the team's sideline reaction was very unusual compared to most teams. They are definitely embracing the "whole team" concept and celebrating (literally) the contributions of the bottom of the roster. Again, very unique team culture going on here.
  18. Schmidt's punt inside the 3 was a thing of beauty.
  19. Smart take.
  20. Agree. I put him on ignore weeks ago.
  21. You know, I used to be in complete agreement with you. But since the BBMB exodus to TBD, things have gotten bad. It's just fact.
  22. I read posts like this, look left to the OP's post count, then it all makes sense.
