  1. Poor characterization, seriously? That's a non-denial denial. Talk about a lawyerly repsonse.
  2. Also, while I don't have exact figures at hand, I think our cap situation going forward is looking favorable as well.
  3. Well, Mike Schopp is much smarter than Louis Riddick so...
  4. Any news yet on Gaine possibly to the Texans?
  5. Flat out embarrassing. Why do people confuse stupidity with passion?
  6. Wow, what's the endgame of all that work? Do you work in football?
  7. I was close to considering the season a success, and would have, if the Bengals QB had brown hair. But the ginger thing convinced me that it was another crap season.
  8. ...cause that's what Kyle does.
  9. Again, what's your beef with Zay today?
  10. Point to something specific he did that wasn't to your liking. Try for something legitimate.

  12. I was taught that if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
  13. Thinking BB wasn't even around at that time.
  14. The thread title had me concerned that the City was actually doing this - as in, why use taxpayer money to send wings when you're closing libraries? Glad to see its the team doing this.
  15. How about Joe Webb to Tyrod on a bubble screen to get TT out in space?
  16. I think the feeling that's generating such support for the Dalton foundation is a rare breed. It's a unique combination of a non-glamorous, salt-of-the-earth fan base, drought desperation and underdog mentality. I could see similar phenomenon replicated by, say, Cleveland, but not by Giants, Jets, Pats* or most other NFL fans.
  17. Living in Pittsburgh, scuttlebutt I hear is that Haley's a real jerk.
  18. That sounds suspiciously like analytics.
  19. The mods have a difficult job sometimes, and nothing exemplifies that more than this kind of thread. No doubt the mods were continually weighing the merits of shutting this thread down (and in the process discouraging legitimate posters who may have inside info), against leaving the thread open and risking the possibility of having self-absorbed jokers create ridiculous threads for seemingly no other purpose than some weird self-gratification. But here we have a guy who, after being shown to be a phony, covers that with an even more absurd alibi that he only used his TSW thread to advance his business interests. Somehow I'm thinking Don's purpose is not what TSW was created for. I think it's sad that he is creating this kind of dilemma for our mods and diminishing this board in the process.
  20. Funny you mention Doris Kearns Goodwin's ties to Boston. Didn't realize she was from there, but should have suspected it after she was busted for plagiarism, the academic form of cheating.
  21. Is this a thing people really concern themselves with?
  22. Hmm, a few posts ago you called me a rather impolite name, apparently because I had provoked you by not taking the time to read your fascinating biography, where I might have learned that you live outside the country. Yet you think I'm making this about me? Interesting spin there. You had implied above that the Bills are turning away "loyal customers" (your term) by not inviting non-STHers. So I was trying to understand your point by asking for your definition of a "loyal customer".
  23. And I'm a STH who first bought mine to support the team remotely while living 1500 miles away in Houston, giving most games away to charity. Now I own them living in Pittsburgh. How do you define "loyal customer"?
  24. Says a non-STH. It's good business to offer premiums as a reward to your best customers. Why not become a best customer?
