I assume this is knowable by comparing what you're seeing receivers do, to the actual play design. Are actual play designs released after a game so that fans can review game film and compare executed plays to how they were diagrammed?

To me, the essence of the OP's question pertains to the wisdom of making decisions based on a small sample size. I think it's a valid question. We COULD look at his back shoulder TD throw to Benjamin, recognize that we never saw Tyrod make that throw, and extrapolate that to say Peterman may be the best bad weather QB ever. That would be a ridiculous extrapolation. But so too might be tossing him over one half of bad football.

So maybe I'm just slow but after reading JW's article I'm not clear on whether the hiccup yesterday was essentially a last minute effort by the Bills to manage their cap situation, or if it was EWood disputing some aspect of his bonus. I was hoping Wood was actively (graciously?) working with the team to find a cap friendly "out", but I'm not sure that's the case.

Dumb list filled with inaccurate statements, but what takes the cake is mentioning Wood in that list. That's just ignorant.
