An anti-analytics move. -
Hey we all end up at the same place on Sundays at 1:00, that's the most important thing.

Wow who knew Brian Daboll frequented TSW? Re: the possibility of DiMarco to IR, I think Matt Parrino has similarly speculated on the Shout podcast.

This team is entertaining if nothing else

Dear Josh, While driving, keep your eyes on the road, please? -
No I hadn't got to that point. Still had 3 weeks until the planned shutoff.

So 8 days ago I ended up cancelling my account out of frustration after 100 minutes on the phone. Today I decided to try calling again. Got a $55/month credit for a year, no contract, Sunday Ticket Max free, and a refund for the first installment payment for ST of $65.99 that I was previously charged. I'm actually happy with DTV at this point. Never thought I'd say that again! Edit: the magic number for Customer Loyalty is 866-595-2871

I saw the commercial and figured the title was "Bill and Ted File for Social Security". Keanu lookin old!

If you are annoyed and frustrated now, wait till you become an actual customer!

Why does not having fans in the stadium detract from your enjoyment of the on-field product? -
“Become the best version of themselves...”

Sadly I think many come here to be their worst versions. -
Part of the reason I was on so long was because I had to recover a $30 charge they hit me for over MLB - when I had specifically terminated it months before. But the young South Asian girl who was "helping" me took an eternity to get that done. That was because it took her forever to pull up my account. I think they try to wear you down and make you give up. But while they were holding my money, I wasn't going to give up. The other amazing thing was, "customer loyalty" said that when I terminated my account they could not refund the $65.99 that they had already charged me for the first payment of Sunday Ticket, when I hadn't even seen a down of football. I was blown away. At that point I had to close my account just on principle. Interestingly, part of their closing script was to tell me to be on the lookout for offers to re-subscribe. I always thought the cost of new customer acquisition was a "thing" in business, but it appears AT&T's version of DTV now builds this into their model. PS - was not a jerk.

16-year DTV customer here, just called to get an MLB charge removed from my bill (when I had already called months earlier to get it removed from my account), and see what new credits might be available. I ended my call 100 minutes later having closed my account. They were brutal. And oh by the way, told me they could not refund me the $65.99 they had already charged me for the first payment for ST they had collected from me. How ridiculous is that? I am hoping they contact me with new customer offers. They better be good.

Ray-Ray, McGhin released.
BillnutinHouston replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ray Ray's demeanor on the field was arrogant and nonchalant, which I always found odd for a guy that fumbled as much as he did. He doesn't belong on an NFL roster. -
How are you handling fantasy leagues during Covid?
BillnutinHouston replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Studiously ignoring them, as I do every year.
