  1. Does your love for the Bills vary with their won-lost record? Remember, "fan" is short for "fanatic". Are you still a fan? To paraphrase the Dos Equis guy, stay strong my friend.
  2. Thanks everyone. Appreciate the info.
  3. Quick question here for any Club seat owners: I know that when you pay for club seats, you pay both a license fee and the actual price of the tickets. My question is, do the actual tickets show both the license fee and the cost of the ticket, or just the cost of the ticket? Thanks.
  4. Help me understand how this ties to accountability?
  5. THIS JUST IN - you can refinance your mortgage! Banks understand their rates need to stay competitive or people will walk to another bank. Let's hear it for the free market!
  6. Some more substantive but subtle indicators of Ralph's true investment level: 1) Canning the entire coaching staff and having to buy out those contracts, a year (as I recall) after Jauron's extension 2) Hiring TWO strength and conditioning coordinators and replacing all or most of the equipment in the weight room. Nobody would have noticed if these moves were not made, but they WERE made anyway. That tells me something.
  7. He didn't really say that ^, did he? Wow, a media elite reminding us that he is, well, a media elite. Classy! Back to the OP's question - I took the leap back into season tickets this year, and was able to get 50 yard line seats in the JK club. That was pretty surprising, but probably a reflection of both the economy and the Bills' record over the last 10+ years.
  8. I predict that we will see Spiller A LOT in the slot this year.
  9. Had Sunday Ticket for 10+ years and this year will be no different. Being responsible for raising my son a Bills fan away from WNY, I have few other choices. Upping the ante this year and getting season tickets. 50-yard line in the Jim Kelly Club - should be fun! I guess you could call me a die hard.
  10. Slow down and read Gil Brandt's (professional) analysis.
  11. LaCanfora just said Jason Campbell trade talk is heating up. Mentioned Buffalo and Oakland as possibilities since Carolina is now out due to their Claussen pick. Also said the talk is heating up now, due to several teams now having a 5th round value on him.
  12. Correct. You you rather Buddy pull the trigger on those deals and move around, but get fleeced?
  13. Spiller is news only because BUDDY made the move, not because the media guys guessed about it happening. And please don't try to say that Mayock KNEW the Spiller pick was going to happen. If you think that, was it Mayock's crystal ball? No. Does he have inside information? No. Did he influence the pick? God no. I like Mayock a lot, because of his football KNOWLEDGE and not because of his PROGNOSTICATION.
  14. Yea, it has life. Among those who don't know what the professionals are thinking.
  15. Great for Mel. Please tell me, what is the VALUE of this exercise?
  16. Man, I hate mock drafts. What a waste of time. What other activity burns so much time yet contributes so little to society?
  17. Wait, you're putting the Maybin pick on Nix? Other than checking your brain at the login screen, why would you do that?
  18. Correct answer. My sophisticated analysis of Nix's comments indicates this is the way he will go. Nix will NOT ALLOW HIMSELF TO SELECT A BUST IN ROUND 1.
  19. So Bulaga is falling down draft boards? Whose boards? The Bills? Eagles? Texans? Falcons? Have you broken into their buildings and laid eyes on their draft boards yourself? Wow, this is big news! Or do you mean McShay, Kiper, etc? What a joke. Their opinions mean nothing.
  20. Just booked the flight for my son (who's pic is on the scoreboard) and I, for the home opener. We are 2-0 the last two home openers, so this one should be a lock!
  21. Of course this is the correct answer. The Bills have NO obligation to entertain us fans with information that they believe might have strategic value.
  22. You need a low profile player? Donte Whitner
  23. Hard to argue with this logic, especially at the price of a low round pick.
  24. Boy I could not agree more. This is exactly why I detested Jauron - his whole persona was way too timid to be a (positive) difference maker as a head coach.
