If anyone can make this video available I'd appreciate it. My wife failed to DVR it as instructed, and it appears that it won't be shown again by NFLN.
Agreed. Nix-Gailey built from the middle out by moving Wood to center, drafting Levitre and picking up Urbik/Rinehart from the waiver wire. Then allowing Bell a chance to grow, and picking up Pears were other good moves.
This line is big, nasty and pretty mobile. I like it a lot.
I didn't get pins either. Can't shed any light on this.
I did re-up for 3 years on club seats - and for that I got a Bills replica jersey, a Bills cooler and an on-field visit (which I'm using for the Eagles game).
I'll be the first to admit I was not sold on Byrd after his gaudy first year stats, but after watching the replay, Byrd was a beast yesterday. Not only making tackles, but he had at least one key pass knockdown, diving BTW. He's playing very well.
Couldn't tell that from TV, but I did see (in a closeup of the crowd) lots of fans standing up and cheering when the Bills were getting ready to start one of their early possessions. I was thinking, what's wrong with you people? Are you all rookies?
I guess the Buffalo mentality makes some incapable of being happy. Relax, these things are being discussed. Nix has said their good players will be paid - has Buddy given us reason to doubt him?
I wasn't there today, but at the opener I was sitting there. Lots of goofs sitting INSIDE watching TV screens and sipping drinks. I don't know who these people are or why they bothering coming to the game.
Correct. Ralph has acknowledged as much by putting "The 12th Man" on the Wall of Fame. Also, if you've been in the stadium on many gamedays over the years, you know without a doubt that the crowd has an impact on the other team's play. I have no problem with "we".
Great job of pointing that out. I watched it several times on replays and pointed it out to my son. Very cool. Depending on the angle of the replay you watch, Henderson appears to come within INCHES of tipping the pass so it's very likely Wood's block was decisive in the victory.
What a great football player Eric Wood is turning out to be.
I'm not one that generally cares that the Bills fly under the media radar, but I have to admit that it was pretty cool to be on business in Washington this week, open the "USA Today" that was delivered to my room and see a big spread on Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Bills!
It was also cool that NFL Network chose the Bills-Raiders game as the "replay" game of the week - Replay blends game action with cut-ins of commentary and Fitz mic'd up. Very cool!
After the team introductions last Sunday, the Bills gathered around Shawn Merriman at midfield. Merriman was rallying the troops with a fiery speech (a la Ray Lewis) and had the whole team jumping up and down together. Was cool to see, the first time I've seen this team do this. By any chance does anyone have a video of this? If not, at least maybe someone can get video of it this coming Sunday.
