  1. Naaaaaaman has already shown his ceiling and his blazing 4.9 speed. They need to see what they have in Aiken and Hagan.
  2. I hear this from time to time and I don't buy it. You sign a contract to coach the Bills for X years - so what if ownership changes a year or two before your contract runs out? You still get paid. Are you worried that the team will move to somewhere less desireable than Buffalo? Like where, Utica?
  3. Say what you will about the photo, but it WAS better thn Moorman punting out of his own end zone.
  4. I'm sure you showed them! Sorry, I don't mean to laugh at your pain, because I'm hurting too from this season (and the last 12). But, that sentence is funny.
  5. This, AND avoidance of stadium financing debt.
  6. Really? I haven't seen that.
  7. This one is almost too obvious, but at least one on this board is asking "why" Brandon won't discuss a post-Ralph organization. Not only is it in very bad taste to discuss what happens after your boss buys the farm, but how could Brandon or ANYONE ELSE outside of Ralph's own family answer any of those questions with ANY degree of certainty? Duh!
  8. The Ralph holds about 73K, not 80. And 5 wins does NOT mean Buffalo's back. I'm familiar with rounding up, but come on!
  9. So you start a thread outing yourself as a fair weather fan. Congratulations. Are you 13, or just a weak-kneed man?
  10. Watched it again on Youtube. Forward pass.
  11. Unfortunately, the playoffs are a mirage fueled by a bunch of early wins that are long since in the rear view mirror. Our last win was A FULL MONTH AGO over the Redskins.
  12. Speaking only for myself, the only reason why I follow this team is because they represent my home town. If/when that's no longer the case, I'm done. The fact that the team is a rallying point for Buffalo expatriots has to count for something.
  13. Please list the FACTS that allow you to hold this opinion.
  14. Yesterday was just the most clear indication of what a wasted signing this was. - Consistently slow and lethargic on kickoff returns. - Boneheaded fielding of the kickoff with one foot out of bounds last week. - Blown tipped ball and missed block on the punt block yesterday. I liked Aaron Maybin as a Bill more than I like Brad Smith. Can I be any clearer on this matter?
  15. 1) By my count that was David Nelson's first bad game this year. I give him a pass today. 2) Levitre's been a warrior and he also gets a pass. He's already done more than his fair share this year and was put in (another) unfair situation today. 9) Disagree about Smith. I don't see him belonging on the field at all. Today he didn't bother blocking on the punt block, his missed pass resulted in an interception Fitz didn't deserve, and is consistently lethargic in kickoff returns. Wasted free agent signing. 12) Fitz stunk AND his receivers looked bad. 13) I'm not tossing and turning tonight because I already knew before today that we'd already peaked and we're on a continued downslide.
  16. I can honestly say, I had no impact. I'm a non-impact fan of a team with non-impact players.
  17. What does this mean? Even Google isn't smart enough to figure it out.
  18. Great post. Was there a point?
  19. I'm not what you'd call a huge Fitz fan, but the truth is he played fine for 3 quarters while getting the snot absolutely kicked out of him. Toward the end of the game where you're taking chances (still under duress), what do you expect? I think his protection was poor today, and his receivers are substandard.
  20. I stopped reading when I saw that the protests have "exposed" some things for you.
  21. - $3 million for a kickoff catcher? Were we not aware of the rule change moving up the kickoff when we signed him? - Boneheaded catch IN BOUNDS on the 17 (only worse move was Chan challenging it and losing a timeout for failing to either a) know the rules or b) see the play clearly before throwing the red flag.) - Lackluster and tentative behind center. - Wouldn't Aaron Maybin be more productive on this roster?
  22. To me that call was a minor head scratcher, but... How about challenging Brad Smith's BONEHEADED catch in bounds and losing a timeout over the failed challenge? How about not handing the ball to Freddie? How about selecting and keeping George Edwards as DC? How about failing to see what you have in Jackson and selecting Spiller with last year's first pick? How about allowing receivers to run 2 yard routes when it's 3rd and 3 and you're down by 20+?
