  1. There is no team less likeable than the Patriots.
  2. LOL - Jason Peters on the brain I guess?
  3. I'd give an A for the content, it's cool and all, but I really dislike the "slideshow" style presentation. Not user friendly unless you're ADHD. Overall, cool.
  4. Mike Mayock does not agree with you on this. Just sayin. Bottom line for me, In Buddy I Trust. I believe he will have done his homework with the coaches and will have determined how to make the best impact with this roster, at #10. Even if it's BPA. Buddy's said many times, he will not reach for a position of need as that only sets you back further.
  5. Get well soon. Ironic to think, the Bills most likely were at least a partial contributor to your condition, and now fully in your thoughts as you recuperate. I believe I'd be the same way as you. On many a Sunday my blood pressure's gone through the roof. It's a love-hate-love relationship.
  6. Future ownership is my biggest concern. But if things go well in the lottery drawing tonight, I plan to do my part to help bring some certainty to the situation.
  7. Tried reading the article and nearly went blind. The black type on the dark blue background is horrible. Why would someone take the time to create a site, then make the content unreadable?
  8. I consider him to be, for lack of a kinder adjective, a head case. I'd not be interested.
  9. I watch the Texans as a casual fan only, but I can tell you that he's considered to be more of a follower than a leader. Immense physical talent, but his fire needs to be stoked by others. If he's held to a high standard by his teammates, he'll rise to that level. I think we're gonna be very pleased.
  10. My impression was that Stanford had a very intense conditioning program. If this is the case, I'd be concerned about Martin. Plenty smart, but does he have the drive to become a physical force?
  11. Mayock positively GLOWS about Gilmore. I think he has the most upside of the 3, and he's excellent now.
  12. Riveting dialogue. Are you a screenwriter by trade?
  13. They cannot take this guy. I don't want to have to say "Coby Fleener" every Sunday for the next 5 years.
  14. Could care less about prime time, in fact I hope all are 1:00 on Sunday. Just win baby. What exactly is the attraction with prime time? Does it ease the inferiority complex thing?
  15. Some thoughts/question: Stevie - Our #1 but on most teams a good #2. Aiken - Definitely has the size Buddy likes. I've seen some claim he has good speed, but can anyone confirm? Nelson - Great hands, minimal drops, gets open. Good #3 or 4. Donald Jones - seems to have his detractors here, but rewatching early games vs. Eagles, Raiders and Patriots, the guy was money. Roosevelt - good hands, but runs like he's in quicksand. Roscoe - could be extremely productive in Gailey's quick passing game but has a history of fragility Easley - remains intriguing based on 2nd round investment made, and training camp plays made.
  16. ^This x 100. Love the new unis and the white helmets pop.
  17. Never get tired of watching the Bills beat NE. Watching the new unis and white helmets gleaming in the bright sun of an Orchard Park fall day doesn't hurt the eyes, either.
  18. ^ This. Not sure how long teams have to make their offers.
  19. Got it - so it's definitely a LT.
  20. The other part of the perfect storm was Peyton Manning running interference with Tennessee.
  21. You go brother! If I can do it, you can do it! Have there been any reports of sales figures?
  22. You may well be factually correct. I'm really more interested in people's opinions on the larger point. My opinion is that as distasteful as it is, "sharing" the Bills with Toronto is a necessary evil that is important to the long term financial viability of the franchise in Buffalo. I believe most understand this in their head, but their hearts are not listening. I was curious to know if the fanbase has recognized, while basking in the glow of the Williams signing, how Toronto plays into this. I also think it's no accident that this signing comes as negotiations with Toronto enter into a critical phase.
  23. Care to elaborate? Do you mean that our owner should take it out of the bottom line even if that means losing $? If so, how does that formula secure the franchise long term?
