  1. Hard to blame Chan for Chandler fumbling. If they had kneeled down or ran, Fitz or Freddie would have fumbled. This is a team of destiny - a perpetually ugly destiny. McKelvin runback called back on Byrd holding. Fitz missing open receivers deep. Not only is the season fading fast, but that combined with Ralph's health and lease negotiations stalling mean dark clouds gathering and seemingly the end for this franchise.
  2. Sadly, there are plays to be made but Fitz is showing absolutely no touch/timing on anything over 15 yards.
  3. Saw the 4th quarter. He's got icewater in his veins and a good arm as well. Looks like the real deal.
  4. Nice thread but it's kind of sad that the best part of being a Bills fan is reminiscing. I'd like to have the team create some new "Glory Days".
  5. Well played!
  6. It's cool that you talked to Theisman and all, but I don't consider him any kind of NFL insider who's capable of determining "worst franchise rankings". And how does he have the inside scoop on the leadership abilities of the QB and coach? Does he even know the names of our QB and HC?
  7. Yes - can we all agree that if Chandler has a good game, the Whitner debate is over? Donte always had lots to say, but that wasn't exactly the problem as I saw it. He was always pointing fingers - either at coaches, fans, but NEVER at himself. Yes, he has a big heart but he's also a weak-minded whiner. Very irritating.
  8. This. You iron out your differences in private, not through the press. To do otherwise is to risk losing the locker room.
  9. Why do I hate this stat? Because it holds Fitz accountable for a defense that gave up 52 points on Sunday.
  10. This is the last place I come if I want to read levelheaded analysis. What a disappointment.
  11. Buddy did his job. Now the coaches and players need to do theirs.
  12. Fitz has not been great this year, but he's servceable with a decent defense. Let's be clear, it was the D that cost us the game yesterday.
  13. I don't think they'd even get a second interview for a spot at WGR.
  14. Wow what a bunch of lemmings at ESPN. Not much dissent there, across all the games.
  15. 40% chance of showers now.
  16. You can never go wrong with Tom Hedden or Sam Spence. The guys behind the classic soundtracks of NFL films.
  17. Interesting Wawrow piece includes two anonymous sources (I suspect they're players) who interpret the events as DeHaven setting up Moorman to fail. http://sports.yahoo.com/news/bills-p-powell-set-over-215747808--nfl.html I hope this doesn't create a tone of discord/mistrust at OBD between the coaches and players.
  18. Great to see. Major vindication for Buddy too.
  19. So I'm one of those dinosaurs who likes to listen to the play-by-play while in the stadium watching live. Last year, 97 Rock had you switch over to 107.7 to listen to the game in the stadium. Does anyone know if there's a similar option this year? During the opener, the WGR broadcast was about a play and a half behind the game action and it was basically useless inside the stadium. Thanks guys.
  20. LOL "Fashion On". Glad I'm not the only one getting beaten into submission by these commercials. True, but other stations re-run about 30 different commercials. GR's stable of commercials consists of about 5. I think we've named them all.
  21. I plan to do my part. Will be my last game of the year in Buffalo, unless we have a home playoff game.
