  1. Flutie should have started, we should have taken the game clock down to 3 seconds AND it was a forward pass! All of it contributed to the outcome.
  2. This board kills me. Josh Allen is a Rookie....... A ROOKIE. There is ZERO talent around him on Offense except for McCoy and Dawkins, that's it. THATS IT! A 30 year old running back and a O lineman. The offense sucks, it just does! That's not Allen's fault and he can't fix it alone. Maybe if he was more seasoned he could help but he's not.
  3. Do you see what Mahomes has for help that Allen doesn't? Where the #&$* do I begin. He has a O line that can win battles to open up the run game and give Mahomes enough time to find an open WR. What the hell is an open WR, we don't have that here in Buffalo. Nobody and I mean nobody can get separation which allows Allen to hold on to the ball and make rookie mistakes or run the ball and hurdle dudes. Allen's only options are throw the ball away Everytime or just run for his life. But yeah, let's blame Allen for not being Mahomes. I would love to see Allen with those weapons and protection. It's also year 2 for Mahomes. ?
  4. I disagree that Allen has looked bad in 2 of 3 starts. I would say against LA he looked like a rookie with potential ( that's good in my book). He looked great against Minn and obviously didn't look good at all yesterday. I think you have to look at who he has been playing against and with. We all knew the fist 4 games were going to be tough for any rookie QB. Allen is RAW and we all know it but it's hard for him to develop when our o line can't buy him enough time. And when they do Allen discovers that nobody is open because our WRs can't get separation. Give Allen Clevelands WR and O line and I bet he looks better than he has.
  5. Hard to build a team that can play both sides of the ball. Excellent offenses usually have bad defenses.
  6. The media and so called experts really don't want to admit they were at least a little wrong when it comes to their evaluation of Josh Allen. It's almost disturbing to hear them all talk hours on end about Baker Mayfield or Sam Darnold but when Allen is mentioned they just laugh. Everytime the kid does something good I can't help but feel good for him. Prove them ALL wrong Josh..... DO IT!
  7. Every down felt different. I feel like a first down is possible at anytime.
  8. I will admit that I am on the camp that was ready for the #1 pick. For me, I don't want us to go 6-10 and miss the playoffs and end up with the 13th pick. If we are going to miss the playoffs I want a decent pick so we can get a game changer. I know where my fandom with the Bills is at so I don't need anyone questioning it. The bigger question is how many of you were pissed when Allen was drafted? There are videos showing your identity by the way all over the web.
  9. I really like this QB class. They are all different style QBs but they all have undeniable talent. I think because we had no idea how the draft was going to shake out it made us all learn to like all of them to an extent. On a side note I am really happy that Allen stuck it to everyone that was pissed we drafted him today.
  10. I was wondering just three weeks in to the season what would a Draft do over look like? Would the Browns stick with Baker, would the Giants change their minds and take Darnold? If so, who do the Jets take? I feel like everyone is happy with what they have at the moment. Darnold, Baker and Allen have all shown why they were drafted high.
  11. STATS ARE FOR LOSERS! but those were good today also...
  12. He showed today WHY the Bills fell in love with him and are rumoured to have had him on top of their draft board. They didn't draft a ready made NFL QB but they thought they could turn him into one. How is that going? ?
  13. Trent Dilfer said he has the potential to be something nobody has ever seen. Was Dilfer right? YUP!
  14. I would like to see Allen make a few big plays. It sucks that we can't get a real look at what Allen has talent wise because he is always under pressure but if he can make a few big plays and maybe get that completion percentage up a bit I will consider it a good day. Say 23 for 34 or something like that.
  15. I would love for us to get the #1 pick. Trading it for a Kings Ransom would really speed the rebuild along. Say the Giants have the #6 pick and trade it along with their 2nd and 3rd this year and their 1st next year. That's 3 #1's, 2 #2's and 2 #3's the next two drafts. Along with the 90 mil in cap space...... Man it's going to be fun watching this team reload. Or we just draft Oliver / Bosa and have our Edge rusher of the future.
  16. 16/28 ,233 yards 1 TD 1 INT, 30 yards rushing. This is a really tough one to call. Minnesota is going to eat our O line for breakfast. Allen will probably be on the move the whole game which is when he tends to make bad decisions with the ball. His arm strength and feet sometimes bails him out but sometimes he trys too hard to make a play instead of just tossing it away. If he can learn when to toss it away he might actually come out of this game with a decent stat line for a rookie.
  17. This pole pisses me the *#@$ off! Really? The man QUIT on us. He doesn't deserve to be mentioned as EVER being a Buffalo Bill especially a head coach.
  18. The point is that it was nice finally seeing the a QB throw the ball down the feild. It is sad that Allen has no weapons or help right now but we had to break down the roster to have the chance to get him. Watkins, Darby, Glenn....... I actually think that Beane has done a great job getting this roster to where he has it. We have our QB and we are a few months away from being out of cap hell and actually an amazing Cap surplus. This team will look a lot different I'm 2019 and hopefully a SB contender by 2020.
  19. I'm all aboard the 2-3 wins. I feel weird saying that but when you see what JAX and even Chicago has been able to do it really makes you think maybe being bad for a season isn't so bad. Then there is Cleveland who has been doing this for years, not working so well for them.
  20. Tyrod actually tossed more yards 5 times. I looked it up because I thought the same thing. No more 15/21 for 168 yards 1 TD and 0 INT. Can't wait to see that 300 yard game.
  21. About what I expected. Good day for Allen I think.
  22. He acts like he belongs and it feels different with him behind center. I
