Tennessee would win the South if they get to 11. They play Houston twice in the next three games. One more Buffalo win knocks whomever doesn't win the South out. Pittsburgh can get to 11 but that would only hurt seeding. Buffalo is in a good spot. Win one more and they are in. They could get in other ways but that's the easiest math.

Allen can ball. No doubt about it. He tends to be a little reckless with the ball sometimes but so was Brett Favre. He's a winner and as the saying goes, " Stats are for losers". I'll take a win over a 300 yard passing game any day.

Pretty sure Dabol has been trying to stop " Bad Josh " from showing up. You know, the guy who trys to make a play out of nothing and throws picks. But at the same time "Good Josh " plays the same way. It's a fine line and I think the bills need to let the reigns off of him a lot more.

I won't blame McDermott until the end of next season if their is reason to. Don't act like you know me and how I will react. I would rather be a die-hard Bills fan than a bandwagon Pat's fan.

I will not blame McDermott for any of this. And by this a mean a 6-3 team that has a great chance to make the playoffs. STEP BACK FROM THE LEDGE EVERYONE.

I believe there are 2 issues. The first is Allen not fitting Dabols system. The second is the lack of use of Singletary. Dabol has turned Allen in to a drink and dunk game manager QB. He also needs to start using Singletary much more. How about passing to him? How about 20 touches a game? Also, even with all of this the bills should have won today. Hausch money makes both kicks we win. Give me one more year before I say the process didn't work.

I think patience is the key with Josh. They didn't draft him to be a day 1 franchise QB. They knew he had the tools to be one but had to learn the trade. Get back to me in 2 years.

Listening to the Dan Patrick Show this AM and he was bashing Josh Allen BIG TIME. Said he is not a starting caliber NFL QB and that he is holding the Buffalo Offense back. One of the other guys seemed to stick up for Josh and blamed Dabols play calling but Dan wasn't having it.

McDermott was in no position to be drafting a franchise QB that year. He had a dead man walking at GM in Whaley and was still trying to rid the team of non process players. Yes it would have been nice to have had Beane for that draft and we can beat that dead horse all night but I would rather not.

I thought about proving you wrong but it's pointless. Your head is in the sand on this one. However, I'm sure you'll be back when this team makes the playoffs. GO BILLS, right?

There seems to be a lot of hate being thrown towards McDermott in this thread. I am very surprised. The man got a lesser team to the playoffs then what Rex had and went 5-11. Then he followed it up by leading probably the worst team in the league to 6-10. Now they are 5-2 and 10 wins is a real possibility. What am I missing??

They don't actually have 89 million to spend. They will spend 1/2 that at best. Current roster players need to be paid.

They tell us all the time that they want to build this thing through the draft. The only outlier is if they see value in adding talent. Adding AJ Green would obviously help the offense but not worth giving up premium picks. Would you rather have AJ Green for 2 years or a legit CB to play opposite White? Or how about a DT who can run block? Or a DE that can get sacks? Or a 21 year old 1st round receiver? This team still has holes and you can't give up multiple premium picks to fill one hole.

Mitch Morse and Star are not a BIG splashes. $100 Million to Mario Williams is a Big splash.

They are going to build through the draft and NO big splashes in FA. They said it day one and they say it now. You change the culture by changing the past!

I think it's kind of ridiculous the way that today's NFL works. Brandon Beane is a really good GM we would be foolish get rid of him. To hold him to the flames if Allen doesn't pan out is crazy. 2018 was the year the front office was ready to find a QB. At this point there is a chance all the QBs in that class could be busts.

There was a ton of players with 2nd round grades this year. Enough so the 3rd round seemed like the second round. With that much talent to go around pretty much every team " hit " on a good player or two in the first 3 rounds.

Brandon Beane is slowly and methodically turing the Bills into a well oiled machine. The Bills are going to catch the league by surprise in the near future.

If we added Clowney then the D would be 99.9 % complete. Only thing missing would be a true 2nd CB to play opposite White.

Kiper has had a pants tent for Allen since he declared for the draft last season. He believed in him before most of us here did. Love it.

They probably will end up doubling Oliver as the season goes on but to start the season I bet they will try not. They will see his size and think single coverage will slow him up. This leads to another topic about how important edge rushers are going to be. If they double Oliver thats going to leave a hole somewhere. I bet either through trade, FA oe next year's draft they will find at least one starter at DE that can attack the QB. As good as the D was last year I really think they will be better this year. I truly believe Oliver will step right into Kyle's spot and the line won't miss a beat. He's that good. Edmonds is still 20 years old and had a decent rookie year. That's pretty crazy. 20 year old rookie MLB that did an overall good job. He's going to be a force in a year or two and will only be 22 ?.

I can not wait to see Oliver lined up single coverage in the 3T on this line. He is going live in the opponents backfield. No matter how great Kyle was he definitely had lost a step the past 3-4 years. Oliver will bring youth and more speed. How many sacks is this guy going to get as a rookie? 10 would not shock me at all.
