Calling it dumb doesn't erase the fact that Sean has had an MVP caliber QB for 4-5 years and nothing to show for it except giving up an average of 33 points in playoff losses.

Has there ever been a luckier HC than Sean McDermott? Allen constantly bailing out his D. Sean is the only head coach in NFL history to have an MVP QB with 3+ playoff wins (JA has 7) to NOT make the Super Bowl.

Of course there's no vote for Sean, he's the only coach in NFL history to have a QB with an MVP season and 7 playoff wins yet no Super Bowl appearance. Not to mention, the D has gotten worse since Leslie left.

The man should have been fired after 13 seconds. He's wasted 4 years of Josh's prime. If he makes it 5, how could he not be gone? New stadium is the perfect time. If you disagree, please make sense of these stats... 30 NFL Quarterbacks have won 6 or more playoff games. Josh is the only one that hasn't been to a Super Bowl. 32 NFL Coaches have won 7 or more playoff games. Sean and Chuck Knox are the only two that haven't been to a Super Bowl.
