LOL first off...my post was about Dorsey. I figured my reference to taking over Allen/Diggs in their prime and putting up 10 points against the Bengals in the 2022-23 season would have made that crystal clear. But I see now that responding with "The first two of those three playoff games..." would have been a better choice.
Agree, that was the old standard. Once considered unbeatable. 3-0 in Super Bowls for Cowboys. 3-1 for Chiefs. On their way to 5th Super Bowl in 7 years and QB is still under 30.
What’s the point of having a defensive-minded head coach if the D can’t get it done in the playoffs?
Chiefs were averaging 24 points all season –– hadn’t scored over 30 all season –– until they met Sean's D in the playoffs.
McDermott's Playoff Defenses: Bend but don't win.
So far, the board members who said Sean should have been fired after 13 seconds have been proven right. And will remain that way until he wins a Super Bowl.
LOL. Just stop. Sean took over the defense and confused the kickoff call. It's all on him.
This is completely false. The opposite, is true, actually. 5 positive options to keep Sean. 2 neutral versions to get rid of him. Nothing that actually reflects what half of this board is thinking. Get rid of him now before he wastes another year of Josh's prime.
