    When I evaluated every single prospect in the draft, I had him going Round 6. Just terrible, terrible scouting by Buffalo. No wonder why we are a horrible team.

    But if McDermott and the scouts rated Elam higher than Booth, why not give up a 4th to get him? This team is close, very close. Giving up a 4th will not hurt as much as grabbing your guy at CB can help.

    I love the pick. I personally had it Booth, Elam, McDuffie…but would have been happy with either of the 3. You don’t doubt MCD when it comes to DBs. Giving up a 4th? Meh. Don’t mind it. We don’t have many holes, nor is a 4th round pick reliable to fill any of them. If you love a CB, and you NEED a CB, you give up that pick. No questions asked.
