The only team that scares me out of the AFC is the Chiefs, I think we go toe to toe and beat most teams in the AFC if we are on our game. I honestly wouldn't mind seeing Mahomes and Josh being the Brady/Manning of this generation.
I mean, he was injured and they sat him the game before a bye week. Unless I missed something I expect he'll be starting at center this week, unless you mean his status is in question because the amount of concussions.
If you're going to start a rook QB let them take their lumps, it helps development. I don't get why they did this and I genuinely think Flores is a good HC, but this move was a head scratcher.
As the warrior poet Mel Kiper Jr once said, "Stats are for losers." You can watch their games and tell that the offense is a joke, I hope they are in the cellar of the AFC east with the Jets for the foreseeable future.
I don't know if their "Core" fan base is as big as ours, but they have A LOT of retirement transplants in AZ (Hi mom and Dad) who have adopted the Cards as their team.
The funniest part about this is GM's are going to think josh is now the rule and not the exception and they will draft guys based on their tools and potential. Josh is an outlier, I doubt teams are going to find a guy that can have this incredible of a turnaround anytime soon.
