  1. Who becomes the new DC? You want another downgrade like we had at OC?
  2. What are next weeks lotto #’s? Asking for a friend. Please PM only.
  3. Thanks for taking the time to reply with a well thought out post! I agree with most of what you said except: Tampa Bay had 3 #1’s, Rams arguably had 2 #1’s who played against the Bengals who arguably had 2 #1’s. To your point on Kelsey, I somewhat agree. He’s probably the most underpaid player in the NFL considering he’s been top 10 in receiving yards and TD’s over the last 4 years and makes a fraction of what WR’s do. And I agree that the Bills won’t sign a top tier WR for big money, but they might be able to find one on the cheap that want to play on a SB caliber team. We will see.
  4. Inversely proportionate maybe? if you’re going to be a D at least put some thought into your replies otherwise you come across like a DA.
  5. I apologize you are correct, I shouldn’t expect people fully read and try comprehend posts prior to responding. I’m such a dingus.
  6. So you’re saying you’re too lazy or incapable of reading an entire post and/or taking the time to actually process the content without resorting to a closed minded juvenile response with the hopes of getting a few laughing emoji’s? Sounds Illogical to me!
  7. Agree on the Cowboys, one of the best olines in the history of the sport. The NFL wasn’t really a passing league at that point. A few teams like the 90’s Bills prioritized the passing game, but they were an anomaly. BTW I did include the Bucs in my OP.
  8. Vikings didn’t win a SB or Championship, and Randall Cobb…really? Please continue to go “on and on”.
  9. Maybe a team without a franchise QB? The last 3 teams to win the SB had top notch receivers and well above average QBs. That’s 4 teams over the last 35 years. The 90’s Cowboys Dynasty and The Patriots Dynasty did not have dual top 30 WR’s
  10. Agree, but how many of the aforementioned teams have a superior oline? Can a top flight group of receivers and a future HOF QB nullify the need for a top notch oline? This has been proven false many times. Some one correct me if I’m wrong, but I understand the Bills can free up $50M + with restructures next year.
  11. Has this concept demonstrated success? IMO, the answer is yes. Dolphins, Bengals, Chargers, 2020-2021 Chiefs (if you include Kelsey), Eagles and Buccaneers all have or had multiple top 30 pass catchers and have demonstrated significant success under this elite dual threat concept. The 2023 WR draft class is not looking all that deep and the FA market looks very weak. Considering this, would OBD subscribe to this concept and be comfortable trading away a #1 or #2 pick and spending a huge chunk of cap space on another WR? If so, who would you target? If not where should we allocate the picks and available cap? A quick look at the salaries of top WR’s playing on bad teams leads me to believe Deandre Hopkins (30) and Mike Evans (29) / (if Brady retires) might be available.
  12. They have a good LT that’s an FA.
  13. It we played the 49ers we would have beaten all 4 teams in the conference championships.
  14. Special Teams was awful all game: Missed FG, XP, block in back, 2 long kick off runs, no fair catch at 25 ball bounces to the 3, 2 muffed punts….awful!! Josh’s decision making was highly questionable. If we weren’t playing a 3rd string secondary they have 4-5 picks. Defense outside of the opening drive and was lights out. The best performance of the year IMO. Cook and Motor and both looking great at the right time. I hope we start to focus more on the running game. For a rag tag oline they exceeded my expectations for the game. Running lanes were highways and the protection was ok.
  15. Article is spot on from a longe range forecast perspective. The interpretation of the OP as to what the article is saying is way off. Discrediting a long range global or hemispheric forecast because of a 5 day synoptic / national weather pattern caused a cold outbreak for half of the United States is silly. No meteorologist worth a damn has ever said it’s an exact since. Too many micro variables that models or forecasters can’t predict more tha 4-5 days out and can throw regional or National weather patterns off.
  16. Did you not watch the end of last weeks game?
  17. Are you so afraid that you’re becoming a 49ers fan? One could draw that conclusion from your unsubstantiated gush fest like a teenage girl at a boy band concert.
  18. You’re wasting your time, at this point you’re trying to put a square peg through a round hole.
  19. When I first predicted that they would not be favored in a majority of the remaining games, their schedule looked brutal and they had already lost to the Bears, Broncos and Falcons with upcoming games against the Rams (before their entire team got injured), Dolphins, Chargers, Chiefs, and Buccaneers (before they fell off a cliff). They currently have a SOS ranked 24th through week 15 and play 3 below average teams to close out the regular season. Their schedule which at one point looked tough turned out to be pretty friendly. As for fearing the 49ers, I don’t agree. If the Chiefs can double them up, I think the Bills can as well. Deebo is currently injured and who knows if he will be back to 100%. Our defense is better than all they faced except maybe the Broncos and statistically the Commanders. The 49ers run D is the gold standard no doubt but their pass D is not as effective as they currently rank 13th in yards per game through the air. This aligns unfavorably against Bills pass first game plan. Bengals, Eagles, Cheifs are the only teams that I would be concerned about. And in that order.
  20. Is this true, was JA pushing for this hire? I thought it was the team leadership desire to hire from within.
  21. I didn’t matter it was second down and Miami was out of TO’s after this play with 30!seconds left. Think before you type Arty.
  22. Disagree and you have no evidence to support your laughable claim that they can beat anybody with Purdy. Good try on the troll job though.
  23. Who have they beaten that’s good…Miami? Chargers? Cupcake schedule, they’re not making it past the 2nd round just like last year.
  24. We weren’t outplayed but we were outsmarted and outcoached in the second half.
  25. We continue to overcome our own mistakes. If this team gets its crap together going into the playoffs, we will be very dangerous. We can’t continue to make these dumb costly mistakes and expect to win, especially in the playoffs.
