Miami Game - After going up 14-0 in the 1st quarter: FG, INT, Punt, INT, FG, Fumble 6, Punt, Punt (8 straight possessions where the offense generated a net -1 point loss) before finishing TD, TD, Punt, Punt. This was a common theme nearly every game (except Cinci where they throttled us), go up by multiple scores and then crawl into a shell and let them back into the game. With the elite tools at his disposal our OC sucked and we better hope it’s because he is a rookie.

Knox lacked production for the same reason our RB’s and Rookie WR did. The OC is highly inexperienced and non creative. He. Was given the keys to a Ferrari and turned it into a mustang. Hopefully year 2 is different but not holding my breath after watching the offense crap the bed in both playoff games.

Jets have the same cap space as the Bills and still need to sign their draft picks and Rodgers. Love to see how they make this work. Rodgers will need to only have a 10M cap hit this year which will push future hits to 60-70M per year. Looks like the Jets are all in this year at a major expense to any long term success. With the Jets and Dolphins pushing their chips all in, this only helps the Chiefs as they are pretty much a shoe in to get the #1 seed.

You don’t trade from 27 down 21 spots unless there is a 2024 1st attached to the deal. The draft is weak as it is. Having 3 x mid to late second round picks is very blah.

Football is a team sport, I get it. But Davis flat out can’t be relied on in the clutch. His drop of the ball against the Jets with 35 seconds left, the one that hit him between the numbers, would have most likely gotten us the W and the #1 seed. As of now, Davis is a #3 at best. I hope that changes, but you can’t gamble on not having a #2 like we did last year.
