    Rather see Altuve in April than March, but yeah, I believe there’s a lot of country pride for many of these guys playing. At least it’s baseball still, not the all-star nonsense variant displayed in the NFL, NHL or even the NBA all-star game.

    The Saints winning their division now looks more promising. Were he to have landed with the Jets, the same would be said for them. That kind of talk wasn’t expected so soon looking back before 2022 season started.

    A player who needs no speculation and who can seriously arouse higher team expectations in the short term. A rare case of a sensible player clamoring thread, not the innumerable ‘as I see it’ types posted ad nauseam.

    Yes, Mister Reimer and Howard trading barbs in commercials was…… …..that, and Howards time with the ‘Tiny tot of the kilowatt’. Career defining, but Howard went out on his own accord. Kudos to him.

    When you’re one of 20 or so in the world able to play decent QB in the NFL, you get paid. Probably be less than what he thinks he’s worth. Just hope he can make ends meet at a lesser salary.
