    You’re broad stroking the term to describe organized crime. In the U.S. Mafia is mostly associated with a singular ethnic familia whose business is…..well, I don’t know, I don’t want to know. It’s also a bit of a slur.

    Only there in 2016 for two week vacation, stayed in Hollywood and Santa Monica. Got around Malibu and up in the hills. It’s a place unlike anywhere, truly unique and beautiful. I was awestruck. Knowing how it looked in those areas and seeing what’s happened there…..9/11 was horrific, NYC recovered. It’s too widespread in LA to expect the same.

    A L.A. fire official just mentioned in a press conference “intentional arson” concerns. Also reported on local TV there’s a new large fire breaking out shutting down another major thoroughfare.

    Been watching the LA local stations. In minutes you see the fires slowly moving up or down the hills, kind of like lava. Winds are suppose to amp up again tomorrow. Surprised they're still considering playing there.

    Pretty sure he was one of Polian’s kids pals from high school here in Buffalo. Guy did alright considering.

    Just got my insurance renewal Tue. from same insurance co. of 5 years, homeowner/auto/umbrella, almost 20% increase. No claims in at least 10 years. Must of been the snowstorms.

    I caught flak awhile back for categorizing Daboll as a vagabond opportunist, albeit a fairly knowledgeable one.

    Went to Universal-Hollywood awhile back, it’s built up on a rather large hillside. Upon getting off the lengthy elevator up to another level I notice a heavy clouded area on a not too distant hillside. It wasn’t a cloud, it was smoke along with burning flames. I looked around like “OMG, anyone see this”? No one seemed to care.
