I couldn’t find anything bigger than large in Bills garb for gifts around Xmas.

It’s about Penn St., not the present day roster. Penn State got a slap on the wrist and lived to see and enjoy another day in relatively short order, unlike their victims. The abuse was known about back in the ‘70’s. The crime far outweighed the “punishment”. The fines never hurt the university, which were a pittance considering their multi-billion dollar endowment.
