    The Buffalo News sighting ink costs as a major reason why they lost money in a yearly quarter for the 1st time in 40 years is simply laughable. Many baby boomers have tired of the BN bias of the last decade and have cancelled their subscriptions. The following generations won't replace them.

    Parents married in Feb. and I was born July of the same year in the late '50's. I think it was because of Elvis. My father had near black natural hair and Elvis sideburns and my mother was an Elvis fanatic then. My parents & grandparents surely did, but I never got "all shook up" about it.

    The Ti-Cats worked him out in Buffalo last August but he CFL would not let him in the league then. CFL said they would consider him in 2018 if he met "certain conditions. Guessing he met them.....or they're desperate and think he'll sell a lot of tickets for their struggling league.

    It's more of a supposition than a fact based standard. Are Brady, Brees, Rodgers, Roethlisberger or Eli Manning prototypical QB's ? If it means leading their team to championship games and Super Bowls, than yes, they're prototypical QB's.

    A lot of whiffs have been hired at WGR. I use to listen to them occasionally and in short doses, but when I retired I started listening longer. Ugh ! It's like listening to teens and young 20.y.o.'s. The egos, monotony and bar stool knowledge got tiresome quickly.

    Was there twice awhile back, stayed at supposed 5* RIU in Negril both times, resort was very nice and new. Fully stocked bar in room, good food, could go to other RIU resorts. Workers unfriendly, beach was so-so, drugs plentiful. Advised to not go off resort on our own back then by cab driver. Twice was enough. Heard it's gotten worse, much like Cancun has.

    If he's passing drug tests, practices hard everyday and coaches feel he's giving it his all, he deserves the benefit of doubt.
