  1. Good for Tre to get a shot at a ring. I think we all know the injuries have limited him so it doesn't move the needle as much as what the Ravens were really trying to do.
  2. Gang the Dolphins are "buyers" per Rosenhause. Grier likely sees his time as GM is nearing an end if no playoffs... might as well sell the future to have a chance to save his job this year.
  3. Always follow the money.... No doubt Beane getting the Cooper trade done early was clutch as he's the only move the needle WR that Buffalo could fit into the cap.
  4. Cooper's playing for his next contract either in Buffalo or for the next team and going to want to perform. He has a lot to play for mainly to get the last big bag If Cooper chooses to sign somewhere else for say 20+mill Bills will get a comp pick back 3or4or5th anyway? Really lowers the risk of the trade from a compensation aspect.
  5. 3rd rounder due to Coopers low salary... there were only a couple of needle movers who Beane could fit into the cap, AC is one of them. Really like the fit as a true X who can now allow Coleman to play the #2 and move inside some and Shakiir to be the main slot. Fit is perfect. I also think Buffalo would get a future Comp pick if they don't resign Amari this year, which could easily end up being a 3.
  6. yep, 4th in line. The longer the Adams saga plays out betters the chance Buff could get involved. All about the money. I did see one trade speculating that Pittsburg would trade Pickens as part of the deal. Total speculation on my part but I wonder if Beane could be the 3rd party in a trade to get Pickens, 2nd to LV via Buff, Adams to Pitt. It would make financial sense for Buffalo to get a low cost young #1WR for a 2nd. Now I have doubts Pickens would fit McD culture but as a player fit it is tempting.
  7. Just for reference. Unless LVR are willing to eat a lot of money, a 2nd round pick is too much especially for Buffalo looking at the Allen Chi trade. Just because Beane has a 2nd round pick doesn't mean he can just simply give it up... it does make it easier to give up a 4th (or 2) though. I am skeptical Buffalo will get rid of Diggs and his salary only to then trade that 2nd for Adams (who's older though just as good if not better) and his money months later. This was long term plan to reset the cap and build for Josh's next 5 years and honestly until Sunday blip the plan is working. I'd love to add Adams to complete the WR room this year but that is short term SB or bust pivot I don't see Buff doing.
  8. As a Tight End ?
  9. Jets fans are mildly annoyed with the trade... so that's worth a late 2026 pick swap if nothing else. https://forums.jetnation.com/topic/181717-jets-cuts-to-53-official-thread/page/8/#comments
  10. Interesting who’s Beane eyeing?
  11. Fire sale in the Rockies. Not cut yet… not for Buffalo…
  12. They are rookies coming in unlikely to unseat established players and get the trust of their staffs week 1. I actually think Keon has had a good camp and will be a solid starter right away hopefully progressing to more by the end of the year. but since this thread has been started here’s annother 3 rnd pick who is taking time. And Jets 3 rounder.
