Yes. I do still trust the process. I'm with some others here. It's about focus, paying attention to details, playing smart, getting just a little better each day. Draft, coach and retain. A Plan. My issue is, I don't think some are following it. Josh is trying to do too much. Dorsey is not taking what's being given and lacks ability to adjust. Beane drafting players that don't fit (Elam, better at man than Zone. AJ, He can change his body to fit what we want). Moss, Basham poor choices to name a couple more imo. What happened to: Do your 1/11th, one play at a time, get better each week, one game at a time, take what's given etc.

I think McD is a perfect fit as a coach in Buffalo. I'm probably a little biased as I am a defensive guy and more conservative. My thoughts/issue is, I think he puts too much trust in the OC to run the O. Personally, I think he needs to grab Dorsey and Allen by the ears and tell them to stop with these long shots and low percentage plays. Use the short game and running game more. Set them up, play chess. The deep shots will come. Use your brains, not your QB heart. Reduce the number of 15+ passing yard plays from the wrist band and move them to the last page. Don't call them until I tell you to!! The D played well and the O 🤑 all over themselves. Just pissed me off as I have a Jets fan that works in my office, from NY, that I had to deal with all week. I'm going with Knox this week. He is due for a REALLY good game and I think McD pushes Dorsey and Josh to play the short quick passing game. 85+ yards and 2 TD's. As a runner up, I think Cook will have a good game as well between the 20's. Screens and quick outs. Might even break loose on a run or two. 125+ all purpose yards and 1 TD. Sorry, but being a D guy, gotta add one.😁 On the D side, Phillips. May not get the sacks, but, he'll get the pressures which will allow others to get the stats. (Poor Garappolo 😂).

I look at it as well. More time as they line up makes me think the OC is confident and his gameplan/playsheet is setup well. Just seems Josh is better when he has an extra few seconds to survey the field before the snap. Less time makes me think the OC is searching for answers.🤔.

I'll stay with Dorian Williams. He may not start, but have a feeling we will see him on the field a bit. Especially in the second half. Not that my opinion matters much and leadership is dependent on the the group. Some subordinates (players) need different types. Philosophical (coach type), walk softly but carry a big stick as well as outspoken/alpha type. You need a mix/balance of each to handle various situations and be able to lean on eachothers strength and support. For instance. Dorsey/Dawkins/Diggs = outspoken/alpha types. Allen/Miller/Morse = Philosophical/Coach types. McD/Beane = Walk softly and carry a big stick, but also Philosophical. Right now (imo) we have very, VERY good leaders overall and they are still learning, But the GREAT leaders CAN do it all. I think McD and Beane are REALLY close to being GREAT and I expect them to achieve GREATNESS this season!!😁

Hopefully more than just 1 game this season. When Beasley came back, I think we were already past the point of return. He wasn't the same and I think Josh's elbow did have an impact on those quick/short throws. Love the Kincaid pick. Early on I thought 30-45 catches and 4-500 yards. Although I may be a little impartial (my sons name is Dalton) I now think he could double that (given the chance).🙏

Was going to say something similar. I think some of last year was Allen losing confidence in the wr's underneath. I believe (really want to) that with an improvement in the OL, addition of Kincaid as well as better use of Knox, the short game will be drastically improved. Then add in an improvement in the running game, intermediate routes should improve as well.😁
