My guess is how he plays this preseason is going to be the way to gauge his market. i’d hope for a 2nd, 3rd or 4th. Hope for a 2nd but be willing to accept a 4th.

Watched a little bit of your team’s game. Peterman looked good last time I was checking in he was 9 for 10 and McCarron was firing over the middle as well. Good and bad from Allen. Allen’s arm is simply unbelievably strong. The ball jumps out of his hand 50 yards down the field, effortlessly. But he also tried a ridiculously unreasonable move by trying to throw the ball as he was getting hit. Allen definitely should continue to work in the back ground and let McCarron and Peterman duke it out. Allen will have his chance to show why he was the 7th pick but for now i’d let the other two guys go at it. but hell what do I know about QB’s, i’m a Jets fan.? Hope some of you guys tune into the Jets/Falcons game. See what Sam is about.

He wasn’t throwing his team under the bus. He was throwing Mo Wilkerson under the bus and Wilkerson deserved it. This team went 5-11 last year. this is what you want from a leader, you want him to step up and say the things others don’t want to say because they don’t want to step on toes. He didn’t do nothing but tell it like it is.

I would of stayed far away from him if I were Cleveland. Cleveland has enough dysfunction through out that organization, I can understand a team like Green Bay, who has an established culture, taking someone who they feel they can turn around. But Cleveland? ....Dorsey better hit on most of those picks or he’ll have nothing to be defended for and ultimately will end up just as the last Browns GM.

Low risk/high reward move for bills. That’s a young guy with a lot of potential for Allen to throw to. As for Calloway...he had problems with not smoking weed before the draft...ton of talent but it’s like Josh Gordon(ironically) if you can’t stay on the field, you are useless. the best ability is availability.

Adams lead the league in TFL’s last season. He’s a strong safety..his main job is run support and he did a very good job at it. He also has the ability to play good coverage..he has the football IQ and work ethic for it. I think a lot of you are misinterpreting what Adams said about Allen. This is just some fun competitive fire. Outside of football, Adams is a very confident yet humble guy. Don’t have such thin skin..his comments weren’t mean to be taken as a lot of you are taking it. He was obviously talking about Wilkerson’s laziness and being late for meetings. All that more obvious when he said “Nah, that isn’t an issue anymore” Yeah, because Mo plays in Green Bay now.

Just to clear things up, fellas.. Darnold has gotten the majority of his training camp reps with the 1st team..also got mixed reps the scrimmage game. He has been able to read blitzes, audible out of plays and go thru his progressions quickly..love what i’ve been seeing....but anyway I’m not here to state a case or gloat. That trolling crap is lame..especially on other teams boards. Hope all the Qb’s develop nice and we can have old fashioned QB duels. The overall QB talent is garbage lately. Too many spread concepts in college are stunting QB’s growth and when they get to the pro level, they can’t read a defense or go through more than 2 progressions. besides, Allen and Darnold are really good friends. Should be a cool matchup twice a year.

With us grabbing Darnold, and the Bill's getting Allen, it sets up a potential super rivalry for the next 15 years. Brady is also retiring soon, which opens the door for another team to take over. This is gonna be fun to watch. Baker will play Lamar Jackson twice a year if Lamar gets the nod for the starting role eventually. The AFC in general got a huge resurgence of QB’s last night and I think we winded up with one of the best of those 5. Exciting times around here. I’d like to see us get Sam some immediate protection or some solid weapons with the rest of our picks if infact a worthy edge rusher isn’t there. With the Bills grabbing Allen, how does this impact how you view the rest of the draft? Who would you like seeing the Bills take in order to cushion your new QB with talent? as for the Jets and Sam..I’d like to grab Ronald Jones and pair Sam up with his old college RB. I also am hoping some good O-lineman prospects drop such as Brian O’Neal and Orlando Brown.

...We are paying 500K to Bridgewater...everything else is incentives lol. Not only that but McCown is only going into training camp as the starter and the rookie will have 10000 chances to be the starter on day 1. Hack and Petty had the same opportunity and threw it away...or didn’t throw it good enough if you want to be technical about it. They showed zero promise in training camp or the preseason so McCown got the job permanently. There will be plenty of chances to see the field day one if the kid..whoever he may be..out right does better than McCown..which if he is worth a damn than he will.
