Jalen Ramseys initial PFF grade for the game
The Red King replied to Steel City Mafia's topic in The Stadium Wall
So...you admit you can't? Noted. And no, I'm not. All I said was that if Ramsey did come out, admit he said what he did and then admit he was wrong, he'd get less grief over his quote. No more, no less. If you don't believe me, look through this thread again. Not once did I say anything about the quote itself. You really need to learn to stop jumping to conclusions. You seem quite invested in bagging on people who point out the irony of his quote. You're quite needy, aren't you? -
Unlike the Bills, words fail right now. 😒

Okay, now show me the quote where he takes ownership of his quote and actually says he was wrong. Don't worry, I'll wait. -
Jalen Ramseys initial PFF grade for the game
The Red King replied to Steel City Mafia's topic in The Stadium Wall
Thing is, he'd get far less grief if he simply came out and said that yeah, he said that about Allen, but as much as he hates to admit it he was completely wrong about Josh. His ego will never allow such an admission. -
Four turnovers and we still win by 21?!? I am impressed with our play-calling, that defence is scary, and Allen is a beast.

Tom Brady Away From Bucs to "Deal With Some Personal Things"
The Red King replied to Gugny's topic in The Stadium Wall
I wonder if, when we look back, TBs decision to un-retire will be seen as a catalyst for a fall of Tom Brady. I honestly don't understand why he did it. He had his chance to ride off into the sunset after a SB win back when the Pats rallied from way behind and won in OT against the Falcons. And again when he won a SB with Tampa. He chose neither. And now it seems like his personal life is really suffering for it. Life is too short. You had a legendary career, a ton of SB victories, and if you wanted to prove something to the hoodie you did so. It was time to retire and enjoy your family. Instead, it looks like his decision to un-retire is going to cost him. And if Tampa does not win the Super Bowl it will have cost him dearly, for no payoff whatsoever. -
How confident are you going into tonight's game?
The Red King replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm confident. Just *really* hoping McD and Dorsey have the stones to cut Allen loose. He scourged the Pats in the Wild Card game, and once we were down late enough against KC they stopped playing conservative against the Chiefs and Allen shredded them as well, from that point on. If they don't play conservative on offense, I think the Bills put up a ton of points, and I don't think the Rams, even as good as they are, can keep up. Biggest question for me is our D. The pass rush has been good at putting pressure on the QB, but have not been quick enough getting there when needed (ref: KC game last year). We need to get good pressure tonight or we could be in trouble defensively. This is where we see what Von Miller's got, and how much he helps not only by being him, but in what he's taught our other pass rushers. But yeah, just remembering Allen's performance in the playoffs, I'm confident. -
Guess the first offensive play: run or pass?

Is Allen routinely fooled by pre-snap disguises?
The Red King replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
If Allen can be fooled so easily, the hoodie would have done so. -
Anyone else getting tired of hearing the Rams fans complaining about the PI that helped the Bills win their last matchup, while ignoring the dual-possession somehow becoming an INT that let the Rams back into the game in the first place? The officiating that game was bad all-around?

It's statistically proven. Blue pants are a bad luck charm

As was noted, that article was before Thanksgiving. (10/27/21) -
Week 1: Bills at Rams on TNF in NFL Kickoff Game
The Red King replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think it's safe to say, re: one of the tweets above, that Von Miller will be cheered at SoFi. He deserves to be, and it would be real, real petty if fans were to boo him just for going to the Bills. -

The Red King replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
I guess for me, aesthetically, I don't like when the jersey matches the helmet or pants, but not both. Like the color-rush white helmet, red jersey and pants, white helmet, blue jersey and pants, white helmet, white jersey and blue pants. So, I like the all white, head to toe and the white helmet and pants with blue jersey. I would like the red jerseys much better with white pants. If we went red helmet, I'd like blue jersey and white pants with, or white jersey and blue pants. Otherwise, just looks too much like "one of these things is not like the other". -
Did...you even read the OP, or just knee-jerk? Seriously. The OP was not complaining about calls, but rather asking if we'd get more in our favor now that we're more the league/media sweethearts. It's literally the opposite of complaining. 🤨

Matt Araiza accused of rape, served with a lawsuit.
The Red King replied to bill8164's topic in Off the Wall
I agree, and have been saying as such all along. It's just a volitile word that gets thrown out far too often in cases it does not apply to. -
Are we doing this again? This is a thread about Tyrod's injury. There are a million threads debating Tyrod's performance, including a very recent one. Please stay on-topic.
-
At the least it was a helmet-to-helmet shot. Tyrod just has the worst luck. Guy is an injury magnet. I hate to say it, but at this point in his life if he's been smart enough with his money, the guy should retire, given where his career is. It's not worth it.

McDermott/Beane press conference 8/27: Matt Araiza released
The Red King replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
Araiza was tried and found guilty in the court of public opinion. The Bills organization was under siege from the press about keeping such a monster on the team, even though nothing had been proven. There is no way they could funtion under those circumstances. As such, they didn't have a choice. For their own good they had to cut him, and I agree with the move. What disgusts me are the people that immediately assumed he's guilty, referring to him as trash and worse, before anything comes to light. I also hate when people who don't want to jump to conclusions are accused of defending him. It's not the same! What's done is done. The Bills didn't have a choice. Time to move on. -

You mean like innocent until proven guilty? Sorry, didn't realize you supported the Salem Witch Trials.
