You are clearly biased in your hatred of Landry. Did the NFL fine him? Most people besides Bills fan saw it as a clean block. Was it a nasty hit? Sure, but by the rules it was fine. Hines Ward was known for this and everyone loved him. He was "hard nosed" not "dirty."

Mayfield was down with 2 other Bills on top of him when the other 2 launched into him. It was late, and it was dirty. Landry's hit on Williams was dirty because he launched into his head. He blocked into the chest this time, so it's legal.

It takes 2 seconds to find several examples of him throwing off balance into double coverage.

No, there isn't. Mayfield was clearly down before they launched into him. Landry blocked in the chest, which is completely legal. I think crackback blocks are dangerous, but they are legal as if now.
