  1. Watch Mayfield maneuver the pocket. It's amazing. The oline in Cleveland has been much better since Jackson was fired, but we have started a 285lbs UDFA rookie at LT, and complete bust Greg Robinson at LT. The middle 3 are great, but our tackles are very weak.
  2. No, you are delusional if you think teams are making crazy catches left and right. I can think of 2 catches like that for Cleveland this year. Chubb, and Landry against the Jets. They are showing 16 drops this year. Cleveland has a better supporting cast, but it isn't like they are All Pro at all these positions. Landry is very good. Higgins is good for 25 - 30 yards a game. Callaway is boom or bust. Njoku is crazy talented, but drops a lot of passes and couldn't block me. We are playing Perriman, a complete bust in Baltimore, a lot of meaningful snaps.
  3. I didn't miss anything. Higgins dropped a wide open 30 yard TD last week. Chubb made a crazy catch for sure.
  4. Do people knock Eli when Beckham does that? Every QB gets bailed out from time to time, just as every QB has dropped passes. You cant just say "he's over 60%" if you take out drops." Every QB has passes dropped.
  5. Mayfield was 18-22 this week......with 3 dropped passes, 1 of which was a walk in 30 yard TD. Allen isn't the only QB with dropped passes. Cleveland actually has more if you look at the above link.
  6. Build a winning tradition.........by losing?
  7. For the draft, its SoS either way.
  8. Mayfield had 215 yards, 2TD and 0 INT against Tampa. He did struggle against Houston in the 1st half. He threw for 352 yards in the 2nd half, and should have had 2 TDS if Callaway doesn't fumble into the end zone on a 71 yard pass. Mayfield has definitely had a few rough patches but as a passer, but he is head and shoulders above Allen right now. Allen has impressed me. I thought he would bomb right off the bat, but he has been better than I expected.
  9. You mean like Hue's media tour after he was fired where he indirectly blamed everybody but himself, and tried to rewrite history by saying he wanted Wentz and Watson? Classless and immature like that? That, or Tech wouldn't offer their starting freshman walk on QB a scholarship, so he left.
  10. It's simple. A fumble out of bounds is marked at that spot, end zone or on the field. Just so happens out of bounds in the endzone is a touchback, so the defense gets the ball at the 20 like they would with any other touchback.
  11. Half game behind the 4-6-1 Browns too!
  12. I think his point was, how many fired coaches take a job 2 weeks later DURING the season? Jackson will be paid either way, so it's really odd to take a job so soon on a team Cleveland played twice still. That, and the fact that Hue tried to push all blame for his failures on to other people. It was Damarious Randall, the FS. He intercepted Dalton, stepped out of bounds, and handed Hue the ball. It was hilarious.
  13. Allen still has 3 passing TD to 5 INT. He has to figure out how to pass to be successful. He's had his moments of looking special, but he isn't going to run for 100 yards a game often. He has to win with his arm. Mahomes is at 37 TD and 10 INT. Yes, I'd make that trade.
  14. This is misleading. Cleveland had ended their season with Pittsburg all but 1 year since 2010.
  15. "Nothing is funny to me!"
  16. Hyde is on essentially a 1 year contract. This is a 10 game (9 if you figure he won't play this weekend) for a 5th round pick. No one would pay more than that. Plus, Hyde has been solid but not great. 3.3 YPC. 5 TDs but all 2 yards or less.
  17. No, it wasn't. Probably not catchable, but it landed between the 5 and 10 and plenty inbounds.
  18. I honestly didn't see the play so I can't comment. Obviously Baker is credited with a fumble but it wasn't his fault. If Allen's was really down then yes he'll be credited with a fumble but it wouldn't be his fault. 9 drops to be exact.
  19. I'd trade a 2nd as Cleveland for him. They would get more then a 4th as compensatory for him, so why would they give him away?
  20. How about the sack fumble for a TD that Carr was ruled down literally as soon as he was touched, even though the ball came out right away?
  21. He was changing the play and the center snapped the ball.
  22. 1 INT and 1 fumble not his fault.
  23. Just read that he's made $129M in his career. And played in 83 games.....
  24. I text, call, or email all day every day. I usually don't text a customer until they do so first, but the amount of people I deal with daily makes texts easier because I work in the shop and hate to have to check emails all the time. It's better than calls for having a written answer.
