    No, no you can't make that arguement. Not sanely anyway. A QB with 1 start and a 61 rating is the best player on either team? Are you kidding? He has the potential to be great but isn't anywhere close yet.

    It is the case. Team doctors felt he wasn't himself, and either had or was on the verge of relapsing. Not saying he will, but he has literally drugged himself out of 2 colleges and the pros at this point.

    If Allen throws a 45 yard TD to tie, and what should be the lead, on 4th and 5 with 1:20 left on the clock, I'm sure you'd call it luck. Taylor is by no means and good QB. And he isn't the future, but he isn't terrible either.

    No, he made a dumb INT that led to a touchdown. But he also tied the game at 18 with our kicker missing his 2nd extra point, then drove close enough for a FG in 13 seconds, only to have the kicker miss again.

    Gordon's problems weren't "getting baked once in a while." He admitted to hard drug and alcohol use for years.

    He has missed 56 out of a possible 97 games due to suspensions. He has missed over 3 seasons in total and been suspended more than he has been available. For context, he has played 11 games in 4 seasons, also counting last week.

    He missed all of training camp. That is "messing up." He has literally drugged himself out of every spot in his sports career. And there have been reports he was habitually late. If so. Why cut him now?

    He was around the ball, but ran right past about 4 sacks, several of which he was unblocked. He hasn't done much in 3 years. He had a nice INT for a TD in the 4th preseason game.

    John Dorsey didn't draft Coleman. This wasn't a favor between Beane and Dorsey. It was Beane taking a shot on Coleman for a 7th rounder in 2 years, plus salary. It didn't work out. No huge loss.

    Janis was good awful this preseason.

    If he sits out the year, he won't be a FA next year. I think he has to report by Week 10, but they can fine him $800k+ per game missed. I'm guessing he blinks before they do. And no, they won't get 2 1sts for him.

    Landry wasn't fined, so the league agreed it wasn't dirty. If you watched Hard Knocks this week they showed an angle that very clearly showed Landry put his shoulder into his chest and not his head.
