Early in Brady’s career he was basically a game manager playing with a great defense and running game. I think the question it boils down to is: Is that enough to win Super Bowls in today’s NFL? They have pretty much transformed back into that team from 2001-2003.

The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19
Troll Toll replied to Hedge's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
My mom was supposed to undergo a stem cell treatment for her cancer, but it has been indefinitely postponed due to COVID. Worse yet, she was diagnosed last summer and turned 65 (MediCare) and so this is additionally jeopardizing the treatment in the following ways: 1) She was on COBRA coverage that covered the treatment and due to the delay may roll off into some Medicare plan that doesn’t cover it. (this is highly likely) 2) At a certain point, you are no longer a candidate for the treatment, so her condition may worsen too much while they arbitrarily wait to reopen things. -
Top Five Professional Wrestlers of All Time
Troll Toll replied to Logic's topic in Off the Wall Archives
1. Bret Hart 2. Shawn Michaels Shawn is probably my personal favorite, but everyone else is far below these 2 for me. These guys could deliver the absolute classic matches, which to me, is the ultimate pay-off and purpose of wrestling. Others were better for hyping a match, but were not in these guys’ class. Bret was the greatest storyteller in the history of the business. -
Report: Bills we’re taking Dugger at 54 if he was there
Troll Toll replied to BillsMafi$'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Just like last year when the Pats took that crappy receiver in the first round, I was laughing this year when they took this D2 guy that didn’t stand out THAT much. They’ve had some crappy drafts lately and I’m glad we didn’t take him. -
Pats / Bengals videotaping... still no punishment
Troll Toll replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
While I am in ?% agreement on wishing they still had Brady so we could return the favor, I’m always shocked by how little of an impact people perceive Spygate to have had on the games. It should be even more obvious with the recent baseball scandals. Back when SpyGate broke there were quotes circulating that were attributed to former Pats OC Charlie Weiss being in total disbelief on the rare losses because they knew every single play the other team was running. When you know exactly what your opponent is going to do before the play starts, that is a MASSIVE advantage. Last year was proof that they never stopped using that method of cheating. They wouldn’t risk getting caught if it wasn’t that crucial to their success. Probably for where to point the Microphone for the play calls. -
Cover1 Breakdown of AJ Epenesa
Troll Toll replied to JESSEFEFFER's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ha! Yeah in texts I had with my football buddies during the draft I said it is a lot less stressful since they don’t have a first round pick to screw up! -

I think they are hoping people will just forget. After all, they don’t like punishing the Patriots. -
The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19
Troll Toll replied to Hedge's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I respectfully disagree. Even more than Pence, they want a picture of Trump with a mask so they can blast it during the campaign ads. If we’ve learned anything from their stance on abortion, the left doesn’t REALLY care about human life. It is all just a power game to them. -
The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19

Seriously though, by your own words, if the tests are worthless, why is there this freakout about needing hundreds of millions of tests a week? It is all just noise to prolong the panic and the shutdown. -

Troll Toll replied to Hedge's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Is anyone in the picture 6 feet apart? This is all just stupid noise. It is likely we all encounter the virus at some point. The original purpose of all these measures was to keep the medical facilities from being overwhelmed. Sooner or later, we all have to face this thing. -

One less mask for Pence is one more mask for someone else. He likely already tested negative earlier in the day. People always look for something to whine about. Millions are out of work and people are whining about whether Pence wears a mask? -

Healthy Skepticism for This Year's Draft Class...
Troll Toll replied to glazeduck's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Moss is the one I’m concerned the most with. He just looks like a CTE case to me. I don’t think he is built to take the type of pounding he puts himself through. Often times it looks like he takes a worse hit than the defenders he is trying to “punish”. I hope he can protect himself better in the pros. -
The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19
Troll Toll replied to Hedge's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Even better, China says they can’t allow an independent investigation into the origins because it would take away resources that are fighting the pandemic. Why are they so strapped on resources if they have so few cases??? They are full of so much crap and dems just eat it up. -
Patriots got a little weaker - James Devlin retires
Troll Toll replied to CorkScrewHill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This was the first thing I thought of too. When it happened I kind of felt like it was a cheap shot. Tremaine was not expecting what he got, but he should’ve been expecting it. -

Watching him, seems like a SMART player. I think he’ll be a good player for us. -
The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19
Troll Toll replied to Hedge's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Scoreboard: Trump beatdown Hillary in 2016 We have by far the most testing done worldwide (which means Trump is doing the best in the world), and when you test more people you find more cases. It doesn’t mean we necessarily have more, just that we’ve diagnosed AND reported more. You think China has fewer cases than us? Unemployment was best in history prior to the outbreak. Since then, unemployment and debt are problems in most major countries. Ebola =/= COVID-19, almost all countries are shutting down with COVID. Ebola killed 11000 over 2 years in the 2014 outbreak. COVID killed 6500 yesterday alone. -

So we should have bet on the same Clintons that put our whole supply chain in China? The same ones giving away North America’s Uranium to Russia in order to enrich themselves? I’ll take a dumb comment from an honest man over betrayal of our country from sociopaths any day of the week. -
2020 NFL Draft: Round 1 discussion

2020 NFL Draft: Round 1 discussion
Troll Toll replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Awesome move by Beane for Diggs! I’m shocked by the run on WR. It is really unjustified. IMO Lamb was a mid-first talent and Ruggs was a late first talent and no other receivers should have gone in the first. -
Roger Goodell’s Draft Man Cave

Oftentimes when I rub my junk, I wonder if somewhere out there Roger Goodell is rubbing his junk too. Guess I find out tonight!
