We desperately need a surehanded second option

With the defensive injuries I think regardless if they lost every game McDermott would be back… Ben Johnson is going to want to be a head coach so that would be a sticking point. If you want a new offensive coordinator to take over you’re going to have to look for someone who would be available for the Bills. The guy who maybe looking to move up and might be perfect for this team is Brian Griese the QB coach in San Francisco.

They started off painfully slow only scored 3 points. Pats offense wasn’t explosive but Mac Jones with literally no pass rush at all was efficient and his receivers pretty much caught everything. The Bills when they finally realized hey we might lose to the Pats came alive. Allen in the second half was terrific his receivers were hit and miss. Dawson Knox had one of the worst drops of his career on 4th down that was huge. Still with the struggles they took a 3 point lead with under 2 minutes to go and then they let Mac Freaking Jones lead an 85 yard drive to win the game.

Do they honestly win a single game without him? I just don’t know

The Bills brass knows they honestly can’t win a single game without him and are probably terrified of him getting hurt. So they are asking him to be Trent Dilfer or Joe Flacco.
