Josh seems happy with his contract his endorsements probably make up whatever difference in contract money there is heck he’s the new face of Gatorade now. Id say 2025 is a good year to extend him and pretty much allow him to QB the Bills till his mid 30s

Texans WR Nico Collins gets 3 year $72 Million extension
78thealltimegreat replied to Mark Vader's topic in The Stadium Wall
Having watched Nico in the Big Ten and watching Keon the better comp is Mike Williams. Nico is not the athlete Keon is despite the fact Nico was one of the top receivers in the country out of high school. Although I will say Nico is probably a tad better route runner -
I know he’s just getting used to the NFL but I always thought this talk of Caleb being this once in 5 year kinda talent was little off. Everytime I saw him go against a defense with a pulse in college he struggled. Hopefully that isn’t the case for the Bears sake.

I’m more Allen fan than a bills fan lately. Ive never particularly been a fan of McDermott or Beane so since they’ll be here for a long time I’ll probably just quietly go watch my wife’s team.

Like Jeremy White said I’ll just probably quit watching the Bills or football in general after Josh retires. Dude is just one of the most down to earth class guys in any sport.

Jets tried to hire a new OC
78thealltimegreat replied to Captain Hindsight's topic in The Stadium Wall
Aaron calls his own plays Hackett just gives him a concept he wants to run on a particular play. Maybe the Jets realize he can’t do that either. -
Still boggles the mind that after Tua, Dak, and now Goff. Josh Allen will be the 13th highest paid QB in football with guys like Daniel Jones counting more against the cap this year. Goff deserves it he’s not Josh no one not named Patrick is but he’s solid and it’s clear the Lions have about a 2 year Super Bowl window before that division gets to be a bear to get through.

See CJ Stroud on his test. I doubt the Texans regret it even though Josh did have the highest score in his draft class.

2015 Carolina Panthers: Have we ever been as good?

Yeh the same Diggs they just literally dumped with no replacement on the roster for a 2025 pick. -
2015 Carolina Panthers: Have we ever been as good?

I’m just stating facts just cause he traded for 1 doesn’t mean that it was originally drafted as 1. At the time he wasn’t on the active roster. Matter a fact he wasn’t on the active roster till the Steelers playoff game. -
Keon is the difference between draftnicks and actual scouts rhis dude is going to be a pro bowler within three years

2015 Carolina Panthers: Have we ever been as good?
78thealltimegreat replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Bills where the only team after Thanksgiving last year who where in playoff contention that did not have a receiver who was originally drafted before the 4th round. As Diggs was a 5 in Minny. In terms of priorities Beane puts receiver at a very low priority. -

I look forward to Curtis Samuel having his best season of his career -
Love that dig no pun intended at the end to see if Josh can raise the level of play of the people around him. The guy made Gabe Davis a 50 million dollar free agent. Years later there is still bitterness around this guy that other QBs just don’t get. Not even Hurts, Tua, or Herbert gets blamed as much as Allen does for his teammates failures.

I will say this his vision for the X receiver sure has changed he still has slot pretty well covered with Shakir and Samuels both are terrific after the catch. Diggs for as great a receiver as he is was barely 6’0 180 lbs soaking wet. What I do beleive is this means that Brady has plans to line Dalton out wide more than we think.
