  1. I don't think the Chargers are that scary. They have the 4th ranked offense, we have the 5th ranked offense. We have the #1 ranked defense, they have the 23rd ranked defense. I think the Bills can win a track meet if that's what it turns into. Herbert's good, Allen's better.

Plus, if we play the Chargers, I guarantee you every single talking head will pick the Chargers to win, that will surely fire up the Bills..

  2. It looks like the Patriots game could determine whether or not we play the Pats or Chargers/Raiders. The Pats win, they play Cincy, they lose they play us. Anyone think they'd lose on purpose to play us instead of the Bengals (this is assuming the Bills are crushing the Jets)? I heard a lot of talking heads this week picking the Bengals to go to the SB, and even though we've won 3 of the last 4 against them, old Bill still thinks he owns us.

  3. A couple teams that aren't on any lists, but deserve honorable mention for me, are the 86 Giants and 13 Seahawks. The 86 Giants only lost 2 games that year by a combined 8 points against a very tough schedule. Absolutely destroyed the 49ers in the playoffs 49-3, shutout the WTF, then ran away from the Broncos in the 2nd half to win the SB. LT MVP.

The 2013 Hawks had one of the best defensive backfields of all time and a damn good offense as well. Went 16-3, also against a very tough schedule. The Legion of Boom has to be considered one of the best defenses ever. Obliterated Peyton Manning in the SB.

  4. I absolutely hated this pick, I wanted Rosen. When they called the pick "the Bills select Josh......." my face was 😃, but then Allen came out of his mouth and it was 😒🙄🤮, I sat there for about a half hour with a disgusted look on my face shaking my head. All I can say is.... it's a good thing I'm not the GM. I gladly eat crow and have multiple Josh Allen jerseys, couldn't be happier with the pick now.

  5. Experience?

I thought Josh was fine, he did look a little nervy in the first half, but calmed down.  The Chiefs D wasn't giving him many options.  I thought the play calling should've been better and more of what we saw during the regular season, that's where the game was lost imo.

Next year when we make it back, Allen will have ice in his veins.

  6. Listening to the radio yesterday on my way home from work, I believe it was FoxSports radio, they had a talking head (sorry cant remember who) predict the Chiefs to win 34-20. His reasoning made me laugh. It was because he thinks Mahomes is going to dice up the Bills because he's pissed that people think Allen should be ahead of him in the MVP race, an award that neither one of them will win.  Well, Mahomes may be mad, but the entire Bills team is pissed because just about everyone is picking the Chiefs to win.

  7. After last season I predicted a Bills-Chiefs AFC Championship with the Chiefs winning. I was quite confident we'd take down the Colts and Ravens, but I think we'll have to wait at least one more year before we can celebrate a 5th Super Bowl appearance. I see the Bills losing a wildly entertaining game that features some highly questionable calls (Maybe I'm crazy, but I think the NFL badly wants a Mahomes-Rodgers SB).

    Chiefs - 43

    Bills - 38

Attention is his job. I guess this is what sports talk has become though. Making outlandish statements is the norm. Baker Mayfield loses and Skip Bayless's first thought is I'll still take Mayfield over Josh Allen. I mean no one else in the world is probably thinking about that when the game ended except Skip.

And this is why I stopped watching these shows a long time ago.  Most of them don't even believe the crap that comes out of their own mouths anymore, they're all just looking for viewers and clicks.

Do you honestly think this team would overlook the defending SuperBowl Champions in the AFC Championship game with 2 weeks to prepare for the next game if you win?!  They will be 100% focused on this game, regardless of who the QB will be.  (p.s. It WILL be Mahomes)

I would sure hope not, but just about everyone had the Bills beating the Colts and we saw a pretty pathetic performance on defense, but then everyone had us losing to the Ravens and the defense shut them down. Seems to me like there's the possibility they could get a little over-confident if they face Henne instead of Mahomes.  Sports history is full of big games where a heavily favored team lost because they thought all they had to do was show up to win.  If Mahomes plays, no one will give the Bills a chance, but if Henne plays no one will give the Chiefs a chance.

if he plays, the bills win.

if he doesn't play, the bills win

And when the Bills win all we'll hear is how Mahomes didn't play or didn't play well because he was hurt

    And.....jimmy crack corn and I don't care......

This will for sure be the narrative if we win against a gimpy Mahomes, however, wasn't he pretty gimpy against the Niners in the SB last year? I'm sure the sports media will have amnesia though.

  11. I would rather Mahomes plays, I'm afraid if he doesn't everyone will pick the Bills and our players will overlook the Chiefs and blow it.  I've already seen the Chiefs as 2.5 point favs with PM, 3.5 point dogs without him, that's a huge swing. Plus I think we can take them, even if Mahomes is 100% because if he plays, NO ONE outside of Bills Mafia will give us a chance and our guys feed of that negativity.

In our last 12 games, the Bills are 11-1 with 8 wins by double digits, the Chiefs are also 11-1, but only 2 wins by double digits.
