Not really - if you wait any longer, you run the risk of the Bills not getting to Detroit by game time. Toss in officials, TV crews, referees and fans and you can see why earlier is better.
If that's the case, the NFL will move the game - how would they get rid of 30" in the stadium by game time plus make sure the roads are safe enough to get there ?
Make the decision now so fans can travel if they want to.
Josh right now reminds me a lot of Favre - when he's good, he's really good. Unfortunately, we're gonna get some of the bad along the way leading to too many interceptions and turnovers.
Even bigger to me is why was Lewis the only one contesting the catch with Jefferson ? And why does Dane Jackson refuse to look back and find the ball - very evident of a few of Jefferson's catches.
Probably discussed a few times in other threads, but why not go shotgun here ?
Bad snap in that case, Josh has time to fall on it for only a safety with minimal time remaining.
Best case, he runs to either side or throws it away 3 times.
Disagree - 3 losses by a total of 8 points to teams with a combined rec of 23-7. Also don't think Josh is messed up other than always feeling like he has to make a play. Poor coaching in some cases. Injuries - badly need secondary help - Tre and Poyer back would be a great start. Do the CBs ever look back to find the ball ?
I'm assuming a few things ...
Milano / Poyer / White are ready to go this week
Vikings are a far tougher test than the Browns / Lions where maybe Keenum could win
The injury is aggravating for Allen but not likely to get worse
A couple weeks rest without throwing could heal it
Like everyone else, pure speculation.
If it's just an aggravating "play thru" injury with no chance of long-term issues, I wouldn't object to him playing against the Vikings and then backing up Keenum / resting until the Pats game on 12/1. Should be to able to beat the Browns/Lions with solid D and Keenum.
All of this - when your QB leads the team in rushing yards, there's an issue. Knox has 20 catches, Davis 18. Too much pressure for Diggs to always be open.
Run defense is pretty sad right now, with or without Milano.
